Simply the best!!!! I handle all of the refrigeration maintenance and repairs for both of the taco trucks and the commissary where the food is prepared and the trucks are loaded. It is simply amazing how Mr Guzman keeps everything so clean. I would gladly eat off the floor! This man takes such pride in his business. He doesn't advertise this but I know that he only uses fresh ingredients to prepare his tacos and sauces daily and that his tortillas are small batch artisanaly made. (Sorry guys no getting these at the grocery store!) So if you want authentic Mexican street tacos made with love and pride, this is definitely where you want to come. Keep in mind this is a CASH only operation and it not uncommon for them to sell out by 1:30pm.

Probably the best taco truck in town. They are also most likely the most authentic mexican and prices are so really low. They also let you serve yourself as much pickled jalapeno and carrots as u want. Good free parking areas around truck, quick service friendly staff. They have lots of meat options including chicken, lamb, beef tongue cheeks pork belly, pork intestines etc.... no cheese in tacos... real deal here. You can also serve yourself 2 different spicy hot sauces and ask for grilled chillies for free. Lits of drink options. They also have lots of other mexican food...but the tacos...

This is easily one of the best taco trucks in the Birmingham Metro area. They're quick to get the food done and I have yet to have food that wasn't really really good. They have a little bucket of spicy pickled peppers and carrots that you're able to get with your food and man are the carrots and peppers just fantastic. The green hot sauce you get is one of the best I've had and isn't overly spicy and the orange one is tasty but has some serious heat. The only thing that is kind of inconvenient is that it is cash only, so just keep this in mind if your considering...
