I never complain about businesses but thought customers should be aware. Last week (08/06/2025) we went to Fairway Social for my son’s 21st Birthday. We figured out they were open the day before going (08/05/2025). I got online and tried to reserve 2 bays. On the website I ended up having to submit the reservations to the event staff. Ms Carden with event staff called me quickly and went over doing an event to reserve 2 bays for 10 people. I signed the contract and did not complain about the money.

However, we got there and the things that were supposed to be set up for the birthday were not. We went to our bays, and the server began taking our order. The server did a great job. The server closed out our ticket and we paid the ticket with the server tip. The on-duty manager tells us that we didn’t meet our food allowance (I knew that was in the contract) and that the server should have not closed us out. He also explained that the event staff should not let groups pay individually for food. I explained that this was not my fault. He wanted to void out the tickets that others in my group had already paid, for me to pay for all the food. I refused to do that.

After over an hour of dealing with him, I finally told him to let me pay for the difference of food allowance and leave. He gave me a ticket with the food allowance which had over $100 in “the house” gratuity. I explained that we have already given the server gratuity. He said sorry he couldn’t do anything.

During this ordeal, I found out that the bays are only $40 a bay per hour. I rented 2 bays for 2 hours so walking in would be $160. The event charged me $300 for the 2 bays for 2 hours (I knew that was in the contract). The next day I texted the event staff that I dealt with. She expressed her apologies and said the front staff did not do what they were supposed to do. She told me that they were going to change the rate of the bays on the event schedule to match the walk-in rate. I was overcharged. She told me she was going to talk to the GM.

Once again, I signed the contract and knew what it said. However, the contract was not fulfilled by the staff with missing events signs and things like that. I was treated like the mistakes were my fault. There was no explaining to the on-duty manager. Then they change the event price the next day to coincide with the walk-in price. I don’t feel like I should have been charged the extra food allowance fee or the 23% “house” gratuity because the staff made a mistake. My recent visit to Fairway Social was a delightful experience that left me eager to return. We kicked things off with the chips, salsa, and queso as our starter. The chips were impressively fresh and perfectly crunchy, setting a great tone. The salsa had a vibrant flavor with just the right touch of heat—well-balanced and not overwhelming. The queso was a standout, creamy and delicious, making it a fantastic dip for those crispy chips. For my entrée, I opted for the double smash burger, served without the bun, paired with a Caesar salad. The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy, and packed with flavor, proving that simple ingredients done right can shine. The Caesar salad was equally impressive, with crisp, fresh romaine lettuce and a dressing that hit all the right notes—neither too heavy nor too light. The only minor hiccup was a couple of flies buzzing around, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The overall experience—great food, fresh ingredients, and spot-on flavors—has me looking forward to my next visit. Fairway Social is definitely worth checking out!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. As an appetizer we, had pretzel bites and buffalo chicken dip. Then for the entree, chicken fingers and truffle fries and smash burgers but the star of the show, was the brussel sprouts. The drinks were just as impressive, with creative cocktails and a great selection that really elevated the evening. One of the highlights was the virtual games. They added such a fun, modern twist and made the night feel interactive and unique. Whether you’re on a date, out with friends, or having a family night, it’s a perfect way to keep everyone entertained. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right mix of energy and comfort. And the staff? Wonderful. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked in. Our waitress was Jalyin and we loved her!
