I don’t write reviews, especially for fast food places, because it is never that serious. However, the experience I just had was insane. For a place that just opened, you would think it would be more organized and maybe have workers who gave a little bit of a shit.
We waited 30 minutes for 5 items. There were multiple young workers who ignored the front register and the numerous customers who were waiting for their food. I mean, purposely walked back and forth in front of us and made sure to make it known they were ignoring us. Instead they sat at a table with their friends, then made their way out into the parking lot with more of their friends. Our food ended up being right at the counter the entire time and no one had said our name. Guess whose job that was supposed to be.
The ONLY reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because there was one worker whose name I wish I had gotten, who was just as frustrated as we were and made sure our food was remade to be fresh. She was great and was working her butt off. I’m sure there were more workers in the back that we couldn’t see who were also working hard, but she was faced with multiple frustrated customers and did what she felt right...
Read moreAfter placing my order, I was asked to pull to the side and wait, which I was fine with initially. However, after waiting 20 minutes, I went to check on the status and was told it would be just a few more minutes. It turned into another 10 minutes before I finally received my order.
When I inquired about two items I didn’t see, the cashier assured me they were in the bag. I got into my car and quickly realized they were not included. I returned to the window, and when I mentioned the missing items, the young lady at the window responded with an attitude.
I wouldn’t have minded the wait if the food had been fresh and hot, but after waiting 30 minutes, my food was cool and clearly not at the quality I expect.

We weren't rude to her whatsoever and she kept slamming the drive thru window. She doing all that talking and the rolling of the neck, she won't last long. If I was the driver, it would've been a different outcome. The guy that came to the window to apologize, was nice. The manager refunded me my money but gave me too much back.
