Prices higher than retail! I don't understand. If this is for a good cause, then they aren't helping. Nobody is benefitting from a store full of used, salvage and/or surplus goods that cost more than retail or online prices. Everything just sits unsold in eternal inventory. $1000 for a used Washing machine? $20 for a quart of SAE 30 oil? 25¢ for a single Walmart brand wood screw? Seriously? What are we doing? They aren't saving anyone money and they can't be helping charity if they aren't selling anything.

I love the variety in the store… However, I am less than impressed calling in to check the price of a window out front that I was interested in purchasing… the associate response was “I don’t know how much it is… ain’t no one gonna check for me cause we short staffed” 😕 Step it up if ya wanna sell some stuff! 😜

Fantastic store with lovely staff. The best organized ReStore I've shopped at. Some great deals but big box stores competitive on things like cabinetry and rugs. On this visit bathroom fixtures and lighting were great deals.

Horrible. White thick volunteer with short bkack hair was being rude to a tall black handicapped man. The black man who is helping me load my truck heard the white man say what he said a second time to the handicapped guy and told him won't you tell me that won't you say that to my face 3 times in defense of the handicapped guy. Black guy was not close to him not even near close to him just loud. Lady at the register came out and told him to back off and leave I in the in his defense told him told her it was in the wrong and what had been done and said she didn't believe me and she tell the other got leave . To people speaking the truth black man white woman against a white man and she was white she sent the wrong man home and she had not heard the mess the white guy had been saying to the tall black handicapped man. Later the handicapped man's dad loaded and tied my 2 items. I didn't tell the father what the white guy has said twice to his son. But lady at register was wrong. She would not listen to me...

I appreciate Habitat for Humanity's work and truly support their mission to reuse materials and keeping perfectly good articles out of landfills while supporting humans in need. Lately, they must have had issues receiving donations. I really liked the store during my first visits finding old (well-made) gardening tools at lower prices than brand-new tools that were hanging right next to them, and they had a great selection of reclaimed wood, doors, and highly discounted tiles. My last visit left me disappointed with the store not feeling crowded with stuff but unorganized and slightly trashy. I hope this place of community and help recovers and turns back into a place that can provide the support and help it...

I moved home to Birmingham from Oklahoma. I was super excited to share Restore with my partner, as he had never been in one and I found there was one close. The comparison was night and day. This one is nothing like the one in Oklahoma. The prices are just too high here, and it seems more like a retail store than a re sale type store. I'm extremely disappointed, and I hope that someone sees this and maybe speaks to the Restore in Broken Arrow Oklahoma about their store model. They are busy most of the time and always have people loading up cars, and bringing new items in. I truly appreciate the cause, but the store could use some work and price...
