Found some of the best trompo and cabeza tacos outside of Texas right here. The cabeza was buttery soft and paired perfectly with the spicy green salsa. The trompo with pineapple salsa tasted just like being back in Mexico — all the right flavors, super fresh. I could’ve gone for a little more spice, but that’s just me. Either way, this spot is a must. I’m definitely eating here again before I leave. Heads up: trompo is only on the weekends!

El Man taco truck was the perfect stop on our road trip. It is located right off the highway very easy to get on and off. We wanted quick food without getting fast food. We had asada, chorizo and el pastor tacos and a chicken quesadilla. They were all delicious! They even gave us some delicious sauces to try. We left with full belly’s and smiles. Definitely try...

I googled “birria near me” and this popped up so I heard right down there. The prices are very affordable, the portion sizes are GREAT, and the flavor was AMAZINGGGG! The staff was very professional and welcoming and they were also fast with giving me my order. I would definitely recommend this...
