KFC — Restaurant in Birmingham

--Worst experience in a fast food restaurant in my life time. - mocked , cursed at, and the so called manager refused to give me my full online order as it was sold and is clearly stated per the website and my receipt in accordance and as corporate also concluded per " look up research " and by receipt #). Also, made me move my car religiously and 3 different times after waiting over 12 -15 minutes and the last with noone in the drive thru only to be " hollered at" to back back up seconds later. The last truck that left the drive thru ended up back at the store inside the store with me and was also upset. An elderly man as we spoke made it all the way home with Another messed up order and had to return. I was there so long waiting that he was behind me in the drive thru, made it home, and returned to the store.

After being refused to complete my order , I was laughed at and belittled to the point I had become irate. To no avail either, I was never gave my complete order and was told , " maybe you should use another store " while grinning at me and at another instance was told verbatim, " i don't care where you are from, I get MY money !! ( we've been using this kfc for over 40 years i know as I live in the area and am 61 years of age but now my order includes me while being intimidated, mocked and laughed at just for demanding what I PAID for while trying to get my wife a night off and her favorite chicken. (??))

In conclusion, This location has went down hill and FAST. Avoid.

7/17/25 went here for 10 dollar Tues every time I come here they never have crispy chicken .if you want it have to wait 20 to 30 min for it to be fried every time I come to the Irondale location. Not just on 1/17. This time I decided to wait . Finally lashonda who states she is the manager at this location gave me crispy chicken. When I got home it was not crispy that I'm used to but original which the Irondale location seems to have all the time. So I drove back wasting my gas and time. My time and gas calls money it's not free nor the food I purchased. When I got their a I informed them not crispy chicken .Now understand the crispy chicken should have been ready since I waited before. Lashonda told me this is crispy I told her if this is the way crispy is looking now I don't want it provide a refund. She left and came back and said it was original and crispy should be coming up I said ok. After 20 mins have passed I requested refund she and a male coworker may have been supervisor stated chicken was up. But I was upset since I waited over an hr trying to get crispy chicken. worst experience ever! they just give you what they want you to to have..when I received refund she took my receipt. I told her I need receipt she states whenever give refunds they have to keep receipts now..after this horrible experience I will. Be writing and calling corporate will be putting in time and patience for this horrible customer service experience at KFC in irondale..done with...

When you travel you always have to make time and check the food which I did but I also had to wait like 25 extra minutes to get it. So I would assume my chicken would be hot and fresh. NOOOOOOPPEEE I WAS WRONG!!! I bought food for my family and I then spent and extra 25 minutes waiting for the food to be brought out the van. And as I separated the chicken it was dry like it was there from the day before. Ok maybe 1 or 2 pieces cause I’m hungry I would accept but all of them. It’s like let’s give them this chicken we were trying to get rid of. The cashier was very nice but the manager passes she looks at me, so me being polite I said HI! straight mean mug from her. Crazy! Google app sent me there never again though. The chicken, biscuit, mashed potato and macaroni all was bad. Like I said before I was traveling so there was no way in hell I was driving back there. So we ate it like a champ lol 😂. From Florida to Kansas then back again is no joke. I was exhausted. I hope they enjoy that money for the bad food we got....
