Everything about Hing's Donuts is superb! First and foremost the owner is the most consistently professional, compassionate and caring person, I have ever met in a small food place of business! They truly care about, and 100% cater to their customer's need and wants! Not only that, but the donuts, croissant's and just everything, is so fresh and great tasting. Never ever dry, old, or greasy like many other places we have tried. If My Pop's knows I'm going to Bishop he gets me to ALWAYS bring back not just one, but 2 or more dozen of Hing's delicious items. Almost always stop in here on the way the Mammoth. I like to drive you Mammoth over night so this place is usually just opening as I'm passing by. I'll grab a Starbucks next door and some donuts from here. The prices have definitely gone up significantly over the years, but I guess everywhere has. Pretty rural spot so the pickings are slim. This place is the bomb! The donuts and pastries are all excellent and made fresh daily. He also offers a breakfast menu which include a croissant with egg in your pick of sausage ,bacon ,cheese and pepperoni they are very good. Fresh coffee, orange juice apple juice and milk.
