Giving Bruno's 2 stars pains me because they used to be the only place we went to for our pizza, but lately I've noticed the service and quality of food has declined so I thought I'd share. Our last visit was pretty bad and management doesn't seem to care after we wrote in to them requesting response (there hasn't been one).
We ordered take out and ended up getting someone else's food, which we didn't realize till we got back home. Not a problem at all, so right away we call it in to be told that they had noticed something was wrong! Kinda weird they said that, but not a problem, these things happen so I ask to have our order fixed and was told they would send it out quick and should arrive in 25.
A couple more calls back and an hour and a half later, the correct pizza finally arrives lukewarm. Apparently the driver had other orders to deliver, and I'm betting we were the last priority. We were told twice that the order was on its way and we felt lied to. We didn't even get to keep the other pizza at the end of all this. We still tipped the driver too, cuz it probably wasn't his fault, but wishing we hadn't after the pizza was barely warm.
Do yourself a favor and just go...

I recently went to Brunoās for dine-in around 6pm with my wife and 2 friends. We all ordered calzones off their āBuild your own calzoneā menu, and waters. The waiter did everything in his power to avoid writing down our orders, despite the fact that we all customized our orders (within the restraints of the menu). We waited over 90mins for our food to come out. During that wait we saw three other tables be seated AND receive their food before us. Once our food did finally come to the table, we immediately noticed that three of the calzones either had toppings that the person specifically asked to be removed, or the entirely wrong toppings. Digging into the other we find it has the wrong sauce. We were upset at this point. Management refused to acknowledge any error on their part. So we didnāt eat anything and we left.

Young man on the ather end said there running short on drivers and it'll be about 40 mins. There only a mile and a half from where I'm at. Cool. 1 1/2 later no pizza... so I call and the fella on the end says my order is still there! I asked well why is it still there. He said I dunno? I said wth? Another young fella gets on the fone and reimburse me, 75% of the cost. OK cool. Will have that to ya in 20 mins. Sorry sir. 45 mins goes by. No pizza. I called em back said keep it. I walked over to pizza yuck and got a pizza, walked back and as I walked in to my hotel the brunos delivery driver was walking out of the hotel. Pizza in hand.
