Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Bismarck

Placed a mobile order and decided to go to the walk up window. By the time I arrived, my order was ready. I knew this because I could see it next to the window. I then waited for 20 minutes outside before I knocked on the window. When I did, the team member that helped me was rude. She was angry that I knocked, and seamed extremely annoyed at the situation. Amazingly rude service. There was no civility from the staff taking my order. They were impatient and didn't even let the second person in our vehicle order. No offer for receipt and no gratitude for doing business. My coffee was substandard compared to other locations, and there wasn't even a line to make the order rushed. I live 3 hours away but am in town every 3 weeks. There are lots of Caribou shops between me and this location, but they are my absolute favorite!! When I’m in town I won’t go to any other Caribou. My order is perfect every time and the employees are always smiling...
