Honestly I get pickup and doordash and actually driver doordash as well. The place I dread to go to is BWW on the north side of Bismarck because quite simply the customer service is poor and slow and those that work there aren't friendly, they will greet you but it generally it is the bare minimum. From up front at the pickup area to the servers, it is clear that managers aren't working with employees to be more friendly and observant. Many talk to each other the whole time about the money they make and do little to check on your food. After greeting me they generally just ignore I'm sitting there up front. I have sat there for 45 minutes to find out you were out of a sauce that's why my order isn't done. I was dashing for a customer and had to call and guess what to get them. The customer was shocked that this wasn't brought to my attention.
All in all, the store as a whole needs work on customer service, speedy service and a better atmosphere. Honestly out of all the restaurants I do to BWW is the one I look least forward to going to. I have never gone there and waited less than 20 minutes. Please work on your front of the house staff and customer service in general. While customers should be thankful for the service so should the service workers. It is clear they aren't thankful for the business.
You can check I have 100s of reviews and rarely talk like this about a business. But at this point I couldn't let it go anymore. Improvement is needed and it isn't because of understaffing. It's because of poor customer service...

Read moreSame old complaint: service and food quality continue to decline yet they continue to raise their prices.
I suspect bduds is beginning the throes of death. Perhaps within 2 to 3 years were can expect the death rattle.
It would be nice if one could actually purchase the sauce bottles they have on display, since the employees are so stingy with them even if one orders one's wings "extra wet". Ordering them "extra wet" is the only way to somewhat ensure their wings KINDA get some sauce on them.
Speaking of their wings, bdubs appears to have gone the route of gigantic steroid induced (and likely antibiotic laden) wings. Their drummies are consistently the size of leg drumsticks. Yet, despite their massive size they are invariably dry as jerky.
I propose a new name for them: Buffalo Jerky Wings. And their motto can be: "Our wings are the driest, coldest, and chewiest! You can fully expect to be treated as though your are an incredible inconvenience to our staff members yet pay higher and higher prices! If you expect anything better, go somewhere else."
Again I say, "It was nice knowing ya, bdubs. It was great...
