The last couple of times I've stopped in to get ice cream I've been very disappointed in the quality of the hard serve ice cream. It is very soft, it is basically like a soft serve ice cream. I don't think your freezer is working properly. I would suggest that it be serviced. Also, the serving size has not been what it used to be. The ice cream both times was level with the top of the waffle cone, not rounded like it used to be. Walked in today to get my normal Madagascar coffee and watched as 3 girls yelled at a 4th to make the coffee while they talked about makeup and boys. This girl who made the coffee seemed new and I ended up with a large cup of flavored milk. Nobody else was in line and the other 3 girls just stood around watching.
