Prairie Creek Pride of Dakota Store — Local services in Bismarck

It may be great to visit this place in person as they have a great selection of products online, but I did an online order and received only half my order (the amount that fit in the box, from the look of it). Over the next month I emailed the email address that their receipt says to contact with issues multiple times, getting one response from an employee who promised to send the rest of my order. 3 weeks later, I have not seen the order or a tracking number, and they are once again not responding to messages. While I can't speak to the quality of their products since the ones I ordered for myself rather than gifts never arrived, I can't recommend a store where I have to dispute a charge with my credit card because they never bothered to send half the products or respond to...

This is a great destination for any of your ND souvenir needs! The owner was incredibly nice, and very helpful!
