Dear Mcdonald on State St. We eat at your restraint at least twice a week more if we have our grandchildren with us. We have had some bad times but today was the worst and don't know if I'll be back. I went through the drive through today and watched 7 cars in the other lane get helped before me. This has happened before. After finally getting in my order and paying I was told to pull in to the pick up lane again because my order wasn't ready. I timed them again and it took 6 minutes before I got my 3 breakfast sandwiches. When I got home we had the wrong order with cheese on them. I specifically made sure again that we do not want cheese because it is not the first time they have messed up. I couldn't go back again and the receipt was not in our bag. We spend up to $75 and maybe more every week. These people need to pay attention when they take our order not play around with other help. Arby's is next to them which as of today will be our new fast food place. Oh yes, one more thing. Why are the tables always dirty and the booths and walls are also discusting? 4 times they’ve gotten my order wrong (to the extent of missing entire meals). I don’t really eat fast food except when I’m in a hurry so when they miss a meal I don’t have time to go back for it. I have called to let them know and they said they were going to send some sort of a coupon or some thing but they never do.
Today I stopped by to get breakfast for my daughter and in the drive through the side that I was on was skipped six times in a row. I ended up having to drive around the building and go to the other side. The most hilarious thing was that when I went to the other side the person on the side I was originally on got served as if there was no problem at all with the speaker. When I let the person at the window know that it didn’t seem to be consistently working they just shrugged their shoulders.
I probably shouldn’t be eating that garbage anyway so thank you for the terrible service which will inspire me to make healthier...
