McDonald's — Restaurant in Bismarck

Okay I would give this 5 stars but the lady at the drive through was so rude. My fiance and I along with our friend ordered from here at about 11:45 at night. We asked the lady for her to give us a minute while we check out the menu. As we were checking the menu out and deciding she came back on sounding pretty impatient about us taking the time to check the menu and pick something. After ordering she told us our total was 23.08 and I said okay thank you and drove forward when getting there she opened the window and said our total was 24.48 so my fiance and I corrected her on our order and said what we ordered and even told her no we got told it was 23.08. Well she got kinda snotty with us and told us it was more because that's what taxes does and its 24.48! We corrected again that it was 23.08 and she told us yet again its taxes taxes are tacked on. So we gave her the 24.48 but were not impressed that we got jipped on our money that was the first time that happened. Not impressed I mean I love the place but your worker was very rude and shouldn't be doing food service if your going to be rude to customers and jip them! I want to give 5 but I just cant and will refuse to eat here some of the employees were messing around it took a little bit for our food to come out my fries tasted nuked in a microwave my fiance's fries were cold as all hell and not only that my fiance burger was NOT fully cooked half of it was still raw and gave him FOOD POISONING! I am soo disgusted about this and this has put him in bed for days I will never eat here again! I will find a different McDonalds since you dont deserve our loyalty at all...

I would give this less than 1 star if I could. Be careful when ordering the " hack items". I ordered the hashbrown McMuffin and on the menu it said it came with a small coffee, I also ordered a large tea. When I pulled up to the window they gave me my tea and the bag of food. I told them I also had a small coffee coming and the attendant stated my order did not come with a coffee. when she handed me the bag I asked if it was the mcmuffin hack, making sure she had the right order. she said it was the correct order but I would have to put the hashbrown on the sandwich myself. at that point I told them the menu board said it included a small coffee, which the manager said it did not. So I paid another $1 for the coffee. In reality I paid $ 6.79 for the " hack " and an additional $1.00 for the coffee which was not included. I received the sandwich and a hashbrown on the side exactly the same way it would come if I ordered the standard meal. The standard meal is $ 6.39 including a small coffee. I paid an additional $ 1.40 plus tax than I would have paid if I would have just ordered the standard meal. I know it is just $ 1.40 but when this false advertising and deceptive business tactics are used thousands or millions of times it becomes a fairly significant amount for the company. They need to change the name from "...

Walked in with my boyfriend and went to the digital order screens, doesn’t take cash, not a big deal. As I was waiting for someone to help me (at least 5 minutes), one of the younger boys said a racial slur towards colored people and they all proceeded to laugh.. including the manager. I was already losing my temper into them thinking that was funny and I immediately walked over to my boyfriend and asked if he heard and he said yes. There was another person behind me in line and as I walked away they immediately helped her and took her order. When I finally had my order placed, I went to the bathroom. On my way out of the bathroom, there was 2 young men working and one of them must have been on break because he was eating.. they yelled at each other about a plastic cup, and I finally blurted that they had terrible professionalism, even for McDonald’s, because I don’t expect much anymore.
