Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Bixby

On June 5th, 2023, my 14-year-old niece, accompanied by a few friends and my 8-year-old daughter, had an upsetting experience at Scooters. While they were at the coffee shop, a female employee with pink and black hair deliberately dropped the coffee she was handing to my niece, causing it to spill all over her. Shockingly, the employee not only failed to apologize or replace the coffee but also responded to my niece's request for napkins in a disrespectful manner.

Fortunately, the coffee was iced and not hot, preventing the situation from escalating further. However, we are deeply concerned that this incident does not reflect the overall service quality at Scooters. Last two times we’ve been here have been far less than stellar. The “handcrafted” drinks we not only made incorrectly twice in the same trip, not sure how you mess up a strawberry açaí with lemonade….twice. The blended turtle with two extra shots tasted like burnt coffee with some milk splashed on top.

They also charged me for my bday drink after I asked her how to redeem on the app. She was baffled. Only thing she knew about the app was how to pay….the drinks that day were horrible as well.

First time there this morning, the service was the usual just like any other drive thru fast food service but their coffee what stands out to me that is different from the rest...it isn't super sweet! You can still taste the flavors but the coffee as well! It is the perfect blend! I have found my new place to be getting my coffee and best of all...is not very far from were I live and it's an affordable price! Win win! My kind of deal! 👏 Great job, guys! By the way, welcome...
