Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Bixby

If i can give that place a 0 i would . I placed an order today at 6:15 pm on doordash . My dasher got there and waited on the pizza for over an hour . I call the store for my call to be picked up by the rudest employee ever . I tried to be nice and said it has been an hour what’s going on ? . He proceed to say i have 17 orders ahead of you and kept saying that’s what’s happening if you don’t understand that’s not on me then he hung up on me before i finish talking . My dasher goes in again after an hour and 15 mins of waiting for the same guy to tell him oh we don’t have your order here you must be at the wrong store . My dasher called me and explained the situation . I put shoes on and head to the store and walk in asking politely about my order for the same guy to come out from behind the counter trying to get me to exit the store so we can talk outside or fight . When i refused he cursed me out in front of the whole store . I started yelling cause i could not take that . He said he has been at work since 8:30 am . I told him that i did not pick that job for him and he chose it while i’m yelling . He came around again trying to apologize which i did not accept . For him to go back to work again and say that i’m causing a scene and made an idiot out of myself . DO...

TRASH!!!!!!! I just ate lunch. Got there all pizza was cold except the Supreme. Ate a plate of what I could actually make myself eat. Calzone was good. Tried to go get more. Was empty.... all pizza was cold at this point. Nothing fresh coming out either. I waited 10 Mims seeing if anything fresh was going to come out. Nope all call in orders. Asked the guy about more calzone. He said we can make some qnd put it out. It will be about 20 mins... I laughed. Told him I get 45 mins for lunch man. I can't wait another 20 mins for fresh food. Before I walked out I asked where a manager was?... they said she's sick and will be out a few days. Waste of $10.... did I mention I went through taco Bueno for a couple party burritos afterwards because I was still hungry... and couldn't even get my money back.... I see why it's called simple simons... simple people... that can't simply make pizza... again... TRASHHHHHH!!!!! I'll be the guy holding a sign while eating a sandwich I pack for lunch for now on. Sign will say " THIS PLACE IS TRASH"... With their logo drawn on it. Cuz I'm bored on lunch and plan on warning others. Worst pizza experience in my life...
