We were so excited for this new venue to open at the Horseshoe Casino. We are Diamond level players, and had very high hopes. However, this past weekend was out 3rd time giving this new restaurant/sports bar a try. Once again, it failed greatly.
The venue has a lot of TV's showing sports - the ONLY great thing here! Lots of seating options, but if we could give service and the food 0 stars we would.
Out of our 3 visits, service was extremely slow even when there was maybe 2-3 total tables dining. The servers are not attentive nor knowledgeable about the menu or much anything else. The menu seems simple enough (a bit pricey) but simple - so how can they continuously serve cold food (sitting on serving counter sometimes for over 15 minutes before a server grabs it. The food is always bland and you can also tell a lot of it is frozen not fresh food/sandwiches.
We ordered $15 Nacho Plate each time, and it always came out cold and cheese cold and hard, chunky fatty meat. You can get better tasting nachos from a convenience store. When we tell the server, they look dumbfounded and then say well let me see what I can do. The fries are frozen, bland, and gross. Burgers and sandwiches are tiny and frozen meat. Food is absolutely horrible here.
I ordered Beef Pho bowl for $15 and they brought me out a small bowl with barely any broth. The pho also had no flavor and was at most less than luke warm for soup. Come on now. Management does not even come to your table to confirm whats wrong or offer to fix anything.
Unfortunately this place is a loss, unless they hire new kitchen staff who know how to cook properly and train their servers well. We will not be back to waste our money.
100% go eat at Dash Cafe as 1000% better...
Read moreWe visit this location twice during our stay at the Horseshoe hotel. Our 1st visit was at 8pm, we were seated quickly because it was dead, waitress was kind and nice. We ordered nachos, big mistake, super small for the price, cheese looked like it came straight from a can, not even warm, it looked like we go the bottom of the beans, dry, cracked and nasty, none of the toppings were on it, we had to ask for them. We ended up returning it to the kitchen. We ordered pizza and Pho which also were not warm, and noodles were mushy/overcooked. We were not offered to order somthing else, they said the kitchen closed but yet 5 tables full of people were there. A waitress was sweeping around us while trying to eat, it was really gross. We were not offered any compensation at all. 2nd visit was in the morning, we ordered a burrito, chicken fried steak and hashbrowns. They do not have hashbrowns apparently just big cubes potatoes. The burrito was small and also not warm. My husband asked the server if the mimosa was large and she said very big, for $12 it was less than a 8 ounce drink. They were cleaning tables around us, spraying cleaner on the table towards us, that ended our meal. While we waited for our bill, we watched the waitress blow her nose and turn around and grab someone's food and take it to the customer without washing their hands. I spoke with a manager about both experiences from that morning and evening before who seemed less than interested in what I was telling him. He just nodded his head and said thank you for the feedback. Again no compensation at all.
I'm very disappointed that this restaurant made no attempt at making this right in any way.

Read moreI was reading the reviews for Brew Bros, it makes me wonder if some are reviewing the right place. We have been coming to Brew Bros since their opening day, this review is based on my previous experiences. Once again Ceasars has a venue that is a wonderful experience. The food is always spot on and delicious. Most items are priced under $20 and well worth the price. My wife suggests the Nachos with Carne Asada for me and it is the French Dip best I've had Happy wife, Happy life! Excellent, service, and atmostphere, we will be back many more times. I love ti sit at the bar and watch the games while conversing with the bartenders. Erich and Jessica are very friendly and make the experience great! The bar has over 20 beers on tap, many different varieties, all of which are great, ( I've tried them all ). I think everyone should give it a try and decide for yourself. Like all new places they have to work out the kinks. I've not had a problem with food service or the atmosphere at Brew Bros. I sure if you ever have a problem you could just tell one of the wonderful workers they go out of their way to make...
