Dash Cafe inside the Horseshoe Casino has really went downhill over the past year in terms of food, service, hours, and expensive prices. Note it will take you a 30-45 min to receive chicken tenders, soggy cold fries, and egg rolls after sitting in window for 15 minutes before somebody brought food to our table.

First off, service here is always incredibly slow. Slow to place your order after standing in line forever, and the workers who take the orders mainly show no customer service skills are care.

Food prices are way to high for what you get. Food usually comes out Luke warm if you are lucky, due to the fact the front counter workers taking orders see food sitting in window for extended periods of time and have no sense of time control to serve fresh food. They like to serve your food just thrown onto lunch trays with a piece of paper, and not even in a basket on the tray. Very disgusting. The fries are always old and cold and flavorless. The onion rings usually come out in a fried burnt bunch together.

Prices for what you get are crazy. The average price for any sandwich or plate of food is $15+. Why spend that here when you can go elsewhere for the same price and have a nice hot meal with dine in service? Note, if you want Dipping sauce for your food or sides, each tony half filled ramekin is $1.00 each upcharge. Also they do not use any type of seasoning for food, expect bland cold food.

The Cafe hours are not convenient for many casino patrons. There is not a 24 hour restaurant in this casino if you get hungry after 11pm after gambling, drinking, and spending your money in the casino most of the day.

This Cafe needs a real revamp of staff front and back of house, training on providing quality customer service, speed and quality control, and take a look at pricing compared to other local restaurants that offer way better food,...

Worst hotel restaurant EVER! Caesars should be ashamed. Make the drive to Idaho Springs for food before you try to eat there. Imagine a sketchy vending machine and a high school snack bar had a baby and then left it at the hospital, so it only knew how to be shiny and clean, (and it was very clean) but not how to cook anything. We used the kiosk to order. Beef and rice bowl with eggrolls for me and a guacamole-bacon burger for hubby. First, we had to go tell the cashier our number because the receipt didn't print. 30 minutes later. . . We get our to go order and head back to our room. The beef and eggrolls were burned and inedible, and how the heck does soy sauce mold? Because my little tub of soy sauce had a round dot of mold floating in it. The "special" burger had neither guacamole or bacon on it and tasted so bad, hubby only ate one bite. Dash at a Horseshoe Casino at Black Hawk, Co. OUR ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG. Would NOT recommend this place! Ordered two double cheeseburgers, breakfast sandwich, Polish sausage and onion rings. Total $60. Whoever made the burgers COMPLETELY disregarded what we selected on the kiosk screen, several missing ingredients missing items, wrong cheese, no sauces, no salt, no flavor. Very expensive and terrible experience. The server forgot about the onion rings. The actual „Polish sausage” looked NOTHING like the pictured juicy grilled normal Polish sauce, we thought it must have been a mistake and received the tiny looking hot dog, Overpriced & False advertisement .
