I got the Cravings Box, where I selected a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a Crunchy Taco, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, and Baja Blast Zero Sugar

I had not had the Cheesy Gordita Crunch before - so I was pretty interested to try that out I found it to be really good The flour tortilla on the outside and the crunchy taco on the outside produces an excellent texture combination that's not really replicated by any other menu item except the crunchwrap - and I would say this does that combination better because you feel both at the same time The thickness of the overall wrap made it feel like eating crunchy pita bread - which was a fantastic base for all the toppings - it certainly didn't feel like just a normal tortilla wrapped around a crunchy taco the toppings were pretty solid was well

I also liked the Crunchy Taco that I got - especially the beef, which was actually well seasoned, and there was a lot of it (this goes for the Cheesy Gordita Crunch as well)

The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were not that good. it was my first time trying them, and they had no real flavor. the sauces didn't mix well together and didn't add much

the baja blast zero sugar was essentially undrinkable - it tasted that bad

For the price (only about 6 dollars) the amount of food you get here is pretty incredible, and when you add on that most of the food tastes pretty good, there aren't much places where you can get this value

If I could give them a zero star I would. This is the second time I was refused service. The first time was when I had three orders and was told I had to pick and chose which one to pick up because their made up policy of "two orders per car at a time" which I know is made up because I called corporate and they said that its not a policy, so their first strike is refusing a paying customer who has almost 20 thousand point racked up on the app since the launch of rewards. The second strike is when I was refused my customers orders because a few cars LIED and said I made the scene due to some golden girls from wish in a Kia wanted to play bumper cars because they wanted their food so quickly. I was simply trying to get out of the main road which the manager states that part of taco bell property, excuse me how is a road maintained by the state a corporate property? I will be making a second call to corporate Monday morning and making sure that everything is documented. I truly hope everyone who is nice and friendly that works there gets a better job because obviously this location only cares about lies and their out of work friends. They could care less if a car trying to get into the parking lot got hit because they only want people who don't call the cops after almost being hit because of a wish version of golden girls wants to lie and...

I have had the worst experiences at this Taco Bell lately. Mainly just easy fixes but inconvenient like food missing, getting the wrong order things like that. But today will be the last day I go to this Taco Bell. When I first walked in I was made fun of cause I hadn’t been in since the new system was put in so I asked if we paid cash still which I can see kinda a dumb question so I let it slide. After paying I was getting my drink and waiting and about 4 other people had walked in, one of the girls in the back asked who I am assuming was the manger about something being fixed he give her a answer that really wasn’t helpful personally so then she kinda resales him and in front of the employees and the costumers began to scream at her, he belittled her and honestly made me very uncomfortable. I am a manager in a restaurant and I know things get frustrating but you should never yell and belittle an employee especially not infront of costumers and other employees. As I was leaving the girl was out side crying and embarrassed. It’s people like him that can make or break places and this is not the first time I’ve heard of the rudeness experienced in this store just the first time personally experiencing it.
