I came to this McDonalds as its near my house to do some work using wifi. I wasn’t there for more than 5 minutes when the manager rudely yelled across the lobby and asked if I was ordering something cause I “cant just be sitting here and not ordering. Its a time limit.” I asked what the time limit was because I’ve never heard of that and I’ve worked at McDonald’s before. She pointed to a sign and proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t sit here for more than 20 minutes. I responded saying that it hasnt been even remotely close to 20 minutes. She says— “im just telling you”. Now the sign she pointed to is behind me so when she pointed I hadnt even turned my head to read. The sign says 30 minutes. Where did 20 minutes come from then?? 10 minutes go by and I decide to use my McDonalds points to purchase chicken nuggets. I ordered them table side. Several people walk in after I placed my order and left before I got my order for 6 pc chicken nugget. Mind you I ordered table service. She finally gets the bag, calls my name to the counter. I get there and says— this is suppose to be table service. She rolls her eyes. Im missing my sauce. I tell her I’m missing my sauce and she calls out the sauce name. So she knew??
I say thank you… she ignores me. Never seen this woman a day in my life and you would have thought I stole her dog with the treatment and the service I got. I’m still puzzled as to why I was called out and got met with so...
Read moreThe mobile app crashed and wouldn't let me check in for my pick up order. I went through the drive through where I was told they had my order, but couldn't give it to me until I checked in. I proved to them that the app was not functioning properly and wouldn't allow me to check in and was then told that I'd have to cancel it and reorder it. I showed them yet again that the app wasn't functioning properly and wouldn't allow me to cancel my order either. I was then told by the manager that although I paid for my food and it was sitting right there that they could not give it to me. What a joke! How is it my fault that the app wasn't functioning properly?! It's been updated within the past few days, so I'm not running an out of date app. Out of options, I was told that a refund would be sent back once the order shows that no one picked it up. I was left with literally no options and NO FOOD, even though I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! Thankfully BK was happy to take my $20 and I better get that refund from McDonalds!
Edit: Three weeks later and I now have to file a fraud dispute through my bank to get my $22 back. Seriously, stay away from this place! They literally kept my money...
Read moreManager extremely rude, spoke I'll of a customer waiting in their car, in front of customers and staff saying I ain't going back out there, that guy stank so bad I wanted to throw up, and made gagging sounds. Rude and short tempered when speaking to customers, and I met a person here for 5 mins. I offered to buy them breakfast. But they passed so I finished speaking to them and as I approached the kiosk to order food she commented "what is this a meeting place". I explained that I offered to buy breakfast and they refused so I finished talking to them and was about to order my own food when she made that comment. I told her I attempted to buy food for both of us, but since they refused I was going to get mine afterwards. She said I didn't see food in your hands so I was supposed to approach you. Then she motioned to a few senior citizens sitting at a table as if they were taking up space in a mostly empty restaurant. She walked away and said why is he still talking to me. I let her know I will be speaking to the owner and the corporation. After her attitude, I left without placing my order. I won't patronize rude arrogant managers that talk down...
