Shark Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Bloom Township

First time visiting and will not return. I'm only giving two stars because the taste of the food was good. Customer service is not good and I really wish that it were because then they would have a good thing going. Called and asked price of 50 whole dipped wings and price of 50 bbq half wings. Was given price of half wings ($25) and told it included tax. I again asked for price of whole wings. Instead of being given the price of whole wings dipped, was told that "whole wings would be way more than that." I again asked for the price. Was placed on hold again. Female store rep comes back to the line and says for every 10 wings dipped add $1. 50 whole wings would be $32.76. I asked if that included tax and was told yes. I ordered 50 whole wings. When I arrived at the store my total was $46. When I questioned price I received immediate attitude and told that 50 wings are 37.99 plus $5 for dripping wings in sauce. I asked if they accepted debit and was told yes. On the contrary, my card was ran and it was declined. We tried again and declined again. I check my card on my phone app. I know already but confirm that it is activated and ready for use. I asked the young lady to try again and same thing happens. Upon calling the bank I find that card was processed as credit and not debit. Now my card is locked until 12am next day! (I PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT THE FOOD, RIGHT? BUT I DON'T BECAUSE THIS IS NOT HOW I OPERATE. HOWEVER, IT GETS WORSE.) I call a friend who also heard me place phone order and they meet me at store to pay. Friend was also surprised at new price and questioned it as well. Young lady explains new price with attitude. We still purchase the chicken. No receipt offered. Friend asked for receipt but of course it was not itemized. We were disappointed with service and my friend shared with me that he would not return again. And guess what happened next, female representative shouted, "that's fine!" Unbelievable--but it is true! My food was nasty, the shrimp was like cement and salty, the pizza puff is loaded with salt (who puts SALT on an already salty pizza puff?) The chicken has lemon pepper, we never asked for and loaded with salt. The cat fish was full of salt and all bones. The cheese sticks, which I thought would be mozzarella sticks, considering the price, ended up being macaroni and cheese bites for $5.49 (a mistake or how their cheese sticks are? No idea.) If the local stores are out of salt, you know who the culprits are!

Everything is loaded with an inedible amount of salt, the chicken we got, the shrimp, pizza puff, fries. Everything also tastes like they are using old oil. I will not be ever getting food from here again, do these people taste what they are giving customers? Totally disgusting, not to even mention how unhealthy! My 5 year old daughter even said how nasty and full of salt...

I caution everyone to stop eating at this Location. I purchased a pan of Pearch fish. The pan of fish smelled like meat. The smell permeated. Upon taking the fish back to the restaurant I was told that they don’t refund customers. Upon walking into the restaurant I smelled the smell of how my pan of pearch fish smelled. Upon communicating this to the arrogant owner that my fish tasted spoiled he came up with several poor and unbelievable excuses why the fish tasted that way also suggesting my negligence somehow. He offered me a credit which I refused. I told him that I would never purchase from here again.
