One of the worst McDonalds. The girl asked to take our order in the drive thru, then cut us off saying “hold on”. She kept on doing this. She would tell us to go ahead, then stopped us when we started. After getting it out, she missed half of our order. She said she was going to correct it and to pull forward. We pull up to pay and it was still wrong. So we corrected it and paid. It was so bad it felt like a prank.
While waiting in line, we saw that they gave almost everybody ahead of us the wrong order. All of the girls working there were screaming and fighting with each other. You could hear them inside the building before even getting close to the window. They were young and very unprofessional. Apparently the manager has no control whatsoever.
When we got to the window, they handed us the wrong order twice. The bag looked like it was crumbled and must have been handled a lot. They asked us to pull aside. They brought us the wrong order once, then brought us our order, but it was completely messed up. The lady didn’t speak English very well, so I went in to explain it to somebody inside.
When I got inside, the girl behind the counter was complaining about us before I spoke up to say that I was the person. They “fixed” the order by modifying what had already been cooked, so it was cold and horribly done. They put an extra patty on top of the toppings so that the ketchup, onions and pickles were in between the two patties. It was like they brought in an entirely new staff of high school students that day.

Read moreI'm so sick and tired of the customer service at this McDonald. I have had two experiences now where I waited in the line at the drive-thru and wanted to redeem one of the mobile offers. I ordered exactly what the Mobile offer required and it was not an expired coupon. The customer service individuals gave me such attitude and acted like since I wasn't going to order anything they could care less. Is that really someplace I want to go and spend my money at? No not really. I don't understand what kind of attitude comes from working at McDonald's but I feel like I'm being treated like a criminal for utilizing something that your company provides its customers and instead of offering it to me and giving me the deal even when your computer systems won't allow you to. You need to do something to make sure that the customers know that they are appreciated and their money is being spent on something that this individual cares to Sal. Maybe you should start hiring some people who value having a job. Stop treating your customers like they're doing something wrong when there's documentation and proof right in...
Read moreYou can tell these high school kids don't have discipline or a manager that can positively influence the customer experience. I sat in here and watched them for a solid 20 minutes just chill and hangout. It sounded like an unruly classroom. Nothing they were doing seemed work related. The girl who is supposed to be at the register was just passing her phone around to all her friends showing something off of social media. I felt bad for the one guy who was actually doing his job.. mopping. Two of the workers were dancing, they were cursing, and just carrying on in an unprofessional manner. They were completely oblivious to customers entering in and out of the dining area. It took them a long time to even acknowledge people that came in. The only reason I gave a star is because my food was hot. These men came in after me and ordered 3 ice cream sundaes. It took them 7 minutes to even attempt to make them and they forgot one. I watched 6 people hangout just to the left of the register in front of the area where they prepare the food...
