One of the reasons I always loved shopping at this particular location was because it had a nice selection of designer items that could not be found at any other locations. As of late, I have noticed a very dangerous trend. Within one week I found what at first appeared high-end designer items. I then noticed they were worn and old with designer labels, like Brunello Cucinelli, clumsily stitched in place where the original cheap label had been removed. Some fraudster is buying real designer items, takes them home, removes the labels, and attaches them to an old used cheap piece of clothing from their closet. Then the same fraudster takes their old tampered, supposedly "designer", items back to TJ Maxx and shamelessly returns them for a full refund. What a convenient way to upgrade one's wardrobe for absolutely free! This is simply disgusting and retail fraud at its finest. Whatâs more disgusting is that these pieces of clothing are floating around the store, and innocent shoppers like me risk losing hundreds of hard earned dollars buying an old fake simply because a TJ Maxx employee processed a return and put them back on the rack! How these items are not caught right away I donât have a clue, especially with their stringent purple tag return rules. Anyone should know the difference between a secondhand item and a brand new designer piece of clothing that costs hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Items returned should carefully inspected. They have security equipped with all kinds of gadgets from head to toe as if preparing for a Space X mission, looking all important and fierce, following you around the store as you shop, but their own cashiers cannot tell the difference between secondhand and brand new item when processing returns and have retail fraud happening right in front of their nose. Shoppers, check the authenticity of the items before you purchase them because TJ Maxx will surely not do it for you. Management at TJ Maxx, take note of this and stop legitimizing fraud, as it definitely discouraged me from returning back to your store for a while and I bet there are many people like me out there. Very...

The Holy Spirit had told me to grab my purse and put my braclet that I just bought in my purse. Had other items in my basket and literally someone just told my entire basket with my other items that I was about to buy. I was literally standing next to grabbing a last item off the self. Nobody,... I mean Nobody stopped to help me look for it or check the camera.
Two of the women staff looked angry like they didn't even wanted me in the store. Their demonic spirit with their actions, attitude and the way they talked to me told me basically they didn't want to service me. Their whole conduct was that they are not treat me like a value customer regardless what I was going to spend, unless their eyesight assume or their brain felt I was someone who wore expensive attire, flashes money, and had power to get them fired or shut the whole store down.
They saved me the trouble... won't go back at all. Hope they figure it out, real people who are influential and walk in authority and power won't always show their cards and value, until God says so or want them too. They will let the ignorant person foolishly assume whatever they want to believe about them, until it's time to put the devil(s) under their feet. May you who reads this have a better experience. đ That I will no longer enter into a store that not worth my time and...
Read moreThis TJ maxx does not have e discount like other TJ maxxs do some of the clothes are sold for only a few dollars off the original price. I also had a very bad experience when there, this lady started harassing me and basically forced/ bullied me to let her in front of me. Her cart was literally full of stuff then when I let her go in front of me she made sexist derogatory and demeaning comment towards me that made me very upset. When I addressed her behavior assertively the cashier lady raised her voice at me saying is there a problem and claimed she did not hear any derogatory or demeaning comments. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe she seemed very willing to disrespect peoples boundaries. I spoke to the manager and she would not kick out this rudely inappropriate lady who was harassing me, people who behave like that have a higher likelihood of resorting to violence I was really scared. They would not even escort us out for safety and I had two kids with me. Very lazy employees and they should kick out people who harass young women...
