Awful service period!!!!!!! I had been coming to the Starbucks for a few years now. And and never have I been treated so poorly! I had asked for my usual green tea frappuccino and two trenta cups of ice and an apple croissant. I was informed.I could no longer get the trenta cups. They could only give me venti cups of so I asked them for 2 more venti cups of ice. They would not give me 2 more venti cups of ice. They also informed me when I asked to speak with the manager that the manager was in a meeting. When all of the girls there would close the drive through window after speaking with me, they would start laughing like they thought my frustration was funny. Then as I was looking at the two cups of ice they had given me, there were pieces of food in the ice. SINCE I WAS THEN GROSSED OUT! I told them I did want any of the items and I wanted my money back. The girl then in a rude tone tells me she can't take the food back and I hadn't paid yet. So, I left and had to drive to the location near Telegraph and Square Lake Rd. The manager there apologized for their ignorance at the Maple and Telegraph location and remade my food and drinks and also informed me that at the Maple and Telegraph location, management had changed they are also short staffed and have been having issues. That is Not an excuse to treat your long time customers poorly. Maybe upper management needs to rethink their management and crew choices. You will Not see me here again. I don't want Food Poisoning!!!!! Gross!!!! You All Truly Deserve Zero...
Read moreI feel like I have to share my rather strange experiences at this Starbucks in case you have had one too. I've frequented this Starbucks drive through many times and they've always been great until recently. This summer, I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes before I was able to make it to the drive through screen to place my order. Cars ahead of me pulled out of the line and drove away even after ordering, so I should have known something was afoot. When I finally got to the screen to order, I waited for a long time but no one ever asked to take my order. After sitting there for a long time, no one was ahead of me in line, I drove to the window and the cashier ignored me so I finally gave up and drove away. A waste of 20 minutes in a drive through line! More recently, on 10/21/17, I was the only person in line at this Starbucks drive through, and the person taking my order pretended they were a computer and talked to me in a computer robot sounding voice. When I got the window, he changed his voice to normal. I asked another barista what was going on and she said the drive through cashier likes to joke around with customers. Normally I would say three strikes and your out, but I'm going to drive on past this Starbucks from now on because I don't want to know what strange things will...
Read moreTheir service just hasn't been great since they changed locations. I think it's bc a lot of the staff was still new and learning, but I would get very inconsistent drink quality (sometimes the matcha didn't taste like anything bc they didn't put all the scoops, or the cup would be filled with a 3in gap from the top, etc). I tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt but my last experience was horrible. After waiting for over 15min and seeing that several people behind me in line had already gotten drinks and left, I told the girl making drinks I never got mine. She said okay, but then continued to make drinks for other people. I watched her make drinks for several new customers that came in, ordered, and left, and still did not get mine. At that point I had waited for 30min and was going to be late for work. I ended up going back to the register to ask for a refund bc I had to leave. It was incredibly frustrating bc I know that working in the food industry is stressful especially during a rush, but the staff just didn't have the experience and courtesy to handle it. I hope they get better with time bc this Starbucks is the closest...
