I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received at The Goldsmith Gallery. I have shopping there for over 5 years but this time I went in for something different. I have had a girlfriend for about 5 years and every holiday I would stop in and buy a one of a kind piece from the showcase. This time I went in to special order an engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted but needed guidance from a professional. Eddie welcomed me back and sat with me for hours. We discussed the size of the center diamond and the diamonds around the ring and of course the design that I wanted. Eddie drew a picture of the piece and I could not believe my eyes, it was exactly what I had envision the ring to look like.. Weeks later the ring was completed and I went in to pick it up. The staff was extremely nice as usually, they made me feel like I was part of their family. The ring was absolutely breathtaking. I was blown away.. Eddie is truly a magnificent jeweler. If anyone is looking for a jeweler that will make your vision come alive, Eddie is the man. By the way when my then girlfriend, now fiance saw it she said "yes'" and that It was the most beautiful piece she had ever seen. We get completes on the ring where ever we go...
