Their customer service are absolutely clueless and have no idea what they are doing. I called asking for a crib hardware, I gave them model number and manufacture date, the lady said it's 99 cent and 8.99$ total including shipping. I asked that sounds very cheap price are you sure, she said yes. I waited 10 days and when the package arrived all it had was an allen key and two tiny screws! I called customer service again and the man, named D**, nonchalantly said yeah they made a mistake and we cannot ship you the full hardware! I then chatted with them, I got an email from the same guy saying he'll order it for me! A day or two later I got phone call from the same guys again saying, again, they don't sell the whole hardware! I asked if I return the allen key to you will I be fully refunded for the whole 8.99$ or just the 99cents? He firmly said the whole thing! I just checked and I was refunded just the 99 cents so bottom line I paid 7.99$ to waste my time, effort and to speak to a customer service team who were...

My wife and I love Reatoration Hardware furniture. Looks great, comfortable, excellent quality. We have had horrible experiences buying new from the retail store at Sommerset (EVERY order gets screwed up somhow), and that's what makes the Outlet so great! No dealing with the garbage customer service and screwed up orders from the retail store. What you see is what you get, great prices (for RH), sales final, with excellent friendly service from everyone there. We've spent a small fortune at the outlet buying a couch, chairs, hutch, etc, etc. and each piece has been great. Can even call ahead and have things reserved if you're looking for something specific they have. Bring a truck and skip the delivery services for a truly a great experience. So glad this...

Be very very careful when purchasing here I purchased a coffee table and it wasn’t cheap at all. When I purchased it there was basically three scratches on it I haven’t had it even three months and it’s completely worn out it was obviously touched up with paint before and all the color of it is coming off. I contacted the company they said that there’s nothing they could do because it was purchased at the outlet and they also make you sign that you’re purchasing as is and no returns. Which I would completely understand if I purchased it that way but I didn’t. The item I purchased a few months ago and what it looked like even just a week after are completely two different items. I wouldn’t have even paid a 10% of what I paid for the table...
