I’ve been to fast food locations, even as a Dasher, and there are quite a few restaurants where team members will look over you or greet you in a curt or short manner. When a manager(I’m guessing?) walked past and let her team know that a guest was at the front counter, that signaled, to me, a customer-oriented team. I ordered all three new Whoppers via UberEats. The only one that was worth it was the Maple Bourbon BBQ. Candied Bacon is ALWAYS a win. The crunchy elements are perfect. The least fulfilling was the Mexican Street Corn. There wasn’t really any UMPH to it, which was rather disappointing because this is a creative sandwich. They might as well have put plain Fritos and called that the new sandwich. I thought the best one would be the Fried Pickle Ranch. Burnt bun didn’t help. Didn’t really taste the ranch. I love the idea, just poor execution. For the price, none of these are bad options. The topping ratio could be helped in order to bring the full flavor out as it was intended. Read moreUPDATE 08/2024 What in the heck is wrong with this restaurant again?? 1:45 in the afternoon, 4 cars in front of me and over 30 minute wait for 2 sandwiches. When I got to the window, I could see at least 4-5 employees. Doesn't make sense why wait was that long. One or two cars pulled out of line after about 15 mins. I should have done that, but was hopeful the line would start moving... Management needs to train lunch/mid day employees to hustle!! Very poor experience, and no apology or mention from the drive-thru employee at the window about the long wait. SMH...😔 UPDATE 2/3/23 Went through drive-through this moring at approximately 10 AM to find out they are serving breakfast again!!! Sounds like they may be under new ownership or have new management. The male drive-through attendant was very hospitable and the food was good. The only disappointment was there no longer serving 2 for $4 croissants.. So very glad they're open for breakfast again!!!!

Read moreI stopped here for lunch today for drive-through service. When I pulled up, I saw cars trying to get out of the line. I thought the wait couldn't be that long, so I got pinned in and couldn't get out of line. I had 3 cars in front of me, and it took me 20 minutes to get to the speaker! The lane next to me kept processing cars. I yelled into the speaker, "I've been here for 20 minutes," and I waited longer. Then, when they got to me to order, I told them I've been in line over 20 minutes. The guy on the other end said, "Are you going to order or what?" And another lady started yelling at me at the same time over the speaker! At this time i was able to just leave so i did without placing an order. This place needs to shut down and train their people. Management needs to be looked at in a major way, and corrective actions are needed. This place is out of balance, and I do not recommend going here. They are unable to handle the stress they make for themselves. I bet with 2 lanes in 20 to 25 minutes, they only took 7 orders.
