Edit to respond to the restaurant's response: The picture of the round bread with the receipt is in fact what I received in my order from the restaurant. The picture of the 4 croissants was included to show you what croissants look like from google images- they all look the same. The person I spoke to seemed to think that there are many types of croissants and I was sent a round one. Then I was told you dont sell croissants. First time I was told my flat croissant was made that way fresh. Over the phone I was told the bread is not made in the restaurant. Several lies, no accountability for the mistake, instead a deflection and shaming. Seems about right. Also added a photo of the TWO DOLLARS UPCHARGE that you charge for putting a sandwich on the croissants you "don't sell or have on the menu" on the platforms (doordash).

This is the third time I order a croissant from Minias through doordash and they send whatever they want instead. I called and was told croissants are never the same. I was spoken to in circles and no accountability was...

The food was decent but to be honest it was really just overpriced diner food. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt to a small business but just got hit with quite a few minor dissappointments.

Paying for extra turkey bacon nets 2 extra slices, home fries equate to about half a potatoes worth, rice and beans are pretty bland and are a little pricey considering you can get a 25lb sack of each for cheap, the Belgian waffle with fruit is closer to just a regular waffle with 1 strawberry and like 5 blueberries, and the latte is smaller and more expensive than even Starbucks.

If only hit with 1 or 2 minor issues, I don't tend to complain but by the end of the meal I just wasn't satisfied with any part of it and just didn't see the value in what I had spent on it. For the price I'd like to see a bit more generous portioning even if it's just for the cheaper...

As a resident in town, I try my best to be a customer of local small businesses instead of the chain food places. You can't compare the quality, hard work and standards of locals trying hard to build an establishment of their own to serve their fellow neighbors. Every order I have ever placed whether in person while waiting for my car at the dealership next door or via food delivery app, has always been great. Nothing beats actual homemade delicious food and drinks, made to order. The quality is what keeps me coming back and knowing my money spent is going to an actual family and not to another corporation or CEO's vacation home makes that even better. Keep up the good work!
