my experience here at cousins was awful. i have never left a review on a place before and its unfortunate that my first has to be one of such displeasure. I don't know where to start but i guess I'll begin with the most important factor, the food. i ordered two very simple things and that was pizza and garlic knots. the pizza tasted exactly like someone melted sliced packaged cheese onto flattened white bread and served it to me with close to no sauce. the garlic knots were subpar. they were uncomfortably doughy. the texture was unpleasant and just gross for lack of a better word. the marinara sauce that accompanied the knots was just watery and nothing that I've ever tasted before, not in a good away. also slight sidebar, they wanted to charge me 95cents for each for a side of ranch and hot sauce. which i found ridiculous. for that amount i could buy two more slices of the same disgusting pizza. ALSO my friend found a dead roach in the bathroom which means no one is reach doing any kind of maintantence when it comes cleanliness. another sidebar, they have a television probably about 50 inches that's only in view for the workers. which to me is utterly inconsiderate and honestly backwards. why wouldn't you want your customer to be entertained as well? in conclusion, i feel this place has been around too long getting away with the same antics and quite frankly i think there's enough pizzerias in Bloomfield as it is. one less wouldnt be much harm. sincerely an extremely...

I will never eat from this place again!!!! Person behind the counter is rude. (Bald guy) And the delivery person there (young boy on FaceTime) was sick coughing all up and down the walkway as he’s on the phone ON SPEAKER CURSING UP A STORM talking about how he got drunk as hell the night before. I’m watching him cough and not cover his mouth. My pizza was in the oven, bald guy asking him if he was prescribed any antibiotics! ( if he was sick, he should had the day off) then was asking him if he got his car Insurance straight telling him the saying the address for the next customer who ordered for delivery. Delivery dude just going back and forth with guy about it being far. Totally unprofessional how they were talking. smh my pizza come out and I’m putting cheese and other stuff on it, nobody else in there waiting...he asked me to take it to the table. I didn’t plan on eating in. I said one sec. I’ll add oregano. He said well you’re supposed to get the topping on the pizza and not the counter ! Whattt?! I said ok. I asked for a bag to put it in and he pointed to the counter and said See ! (It was a SPRINKLE of Parmesan that could’ve been cleaned with a finger !) growled at me as he put the bag on the counter . This place has absolutely disgusting customer service. The owner was terribly rude to me all because I wasn't willing to pay 20 dollars for three slices of pizza and mozzarella sticks so I asked for only one slice instead and the owner proceeded to berate me, calling me retarded and using racial slurs against me. I used to work in fast food, and throwing food away was a normal occurence, so it bothered me that this man got so upset over having to throw away two slices of pizza. It makes you wonder how long has the pizza you're buying been sitting there, since he's so reluctant to throw anything away? I ended up not getting anything because I was so disturbed by how this owner was treating a customer, but unfortunately I made this decision after my card was swiped. It's very easy to refund a customers money but instead he chose to make me file a dispute claim to get my money back.
