Watsessing Park Playground — Attraction in Bloomfield

This park is how every park in every town should be like! It is so fun to play here. A true outdoor gym for toddlers, kids and even adults. I was shock at the different and various playground equipment and systems. It'a located on Conger St side of Watsessing Park, Bloomfield NJ. There are multiple, different height slides, 2 merry go rounds, a 4 seater seasault, multiple bridges, obstacle courses, and the list goes on. However, theres only 2 regular swing seats (which I think there should be at least 4 of these), while theres 2 toddler swing seats, 2 safty swing seats, and one seasault swing. The amount of details they put into this playground is amazing and a blessing! I'm 14 mins away from this park, but definitly worth the ride for my kids to get the work out...

Oh my goodness, you won't believe how amazing this place is for super active kids! I take my daughter here all the time, and after just one hour, she's ready for a nap. We love to come here on Friday or Sunday mornings, even though some days can get pretty crowded and the kids can get a little rowdy. Still, it's an awesome playground for super active kiddos like mine, with everything from slides to swings to a baby section. The best part is that it's always clean and located in a great sunny spot. Honestly, it's the perfect place to spend a fun-filled morning with...

Awesome new playground only open for a couple of weeks. There is a small off street parking lot, but also plenty of on street metered parking. A word of warning. The park next door can be a bit sketchy. There were 3 police squad cars there on our first visit and they had a man in handcuffs. Still, we didn't give it much thought as there are plenty of families around. Just be on the watch.

Update: On our second visit, there were 2 bike cops and one squad car. I appreciated the police presence. There was also an "eye in the sky" portable...
