Tacos la Gringa — Restaurant in Bloomfield

Where do I start? For clarity I ordered via Uber Eats. I ordered 3 things, three things that got worse and worse as I opened them.

Children steak tacos- it's definitely a good size portion. However, the steak was SUPER dry and tough, it wasn't chewable.

Mexican street corn- it's listed as 2 pieces, I received one large ear, no big deal...however, the corn just had MAYO on it. No cheese. No tajin. Just freaking mayo. Not to mention it was completely cold.

Birria ramen- save your money on this. They have the unmitigated gall to charge $17 for this and its literally cup of noodles. If you eat instant ramen, you know the cup of noodles have their own taste and flavor. You also know the size of a cup of noodles. There was no meat in the ramen, just some cheese and barely any broth. I cannot believe they are charging $17 for this mess. AND It was flavorless. Like how?!

I don't understand how they have soo many reviews that say their food is delicious, but I beg to differ. The food was horrible and a waste of money. I will not be ordering from...

I'm giving it a 1 star. I came here the other night . They close at 10 . I came at 945 they said they were closed. Good thing I called in at 920. I got the birria tacos. I was so upset I forgot to take a pic. DO NOT order within the last hr at this place. The girl was rude. I asked for extra limes . She said the kitchen closed. I worked in food service like just because he's cleaning the girl don't mean he can't grab the limes. I get the limes with rudeness added to it. And I made sure i didn't tip her. Next . When i got home. The consome? Was nothing but the spicy oil and couldn't even it it because it was the oil that separated from the conse that they didn't store up. Pay 20 bucks for 3 tacos got an attitude and couldn't even enjoy it is insane. If yall want to go home at 10 just close at 9 no big deal but to be cleaning the girl at 945 with the doors locked . Why say yall close at 10? Won't be back...

I'll keep this short.

The food is great. Every time I've ordered from them it has been very authentic Mexican fast food. It's not gourmet, and they never claim it to be.

On the other hand, their customer service is an absolute disaster. I had never had to deal with them directly before, as I've usually use Delivery.com to order from them. This time I ordered over 50 bucks in food, and that included 4 cans of soda.

The driver dropped off the food without the sodas, and stated that he would go back and grab them for me. I didn't think it a big deal, as the restaraunt is literally around the corner from me.

After dealing with both the driver and the restaraunt, being hung up on and not being able to get through for ten minutes, I finally got my sodas an hour later, and it was still incorrect. They couldn't refund anything because it was through...
