If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting 10 plus minutes at the drive thru speaker I was about to drive away (no ther cars or customers in the building) at that moment the employee working the drive thru window finally rudely said "ya, can I help you?" I said "oh you're lucky I was just about to drive away" foolishly thinking they actually wanted a customer to buy something but apparently not. The employee asked me "why" I said I was just about to leave you got me just in time. He proceeded to talk to me as if I was wrong for expecting polite and speedy service at a fast food at 11 p.m. when I'm the only person there. After he started trash talking I drove away without ordering and as I drove past the window the employee was flashing gang signs and laughing at me. I called the resymtaurant to speak to a manager and they were laughing on the phone. Extremely ghetto for a bloomingdale location. I will not return to this location. We went to carol stream immediately after where the service was extremely kind and we drove up and left with our food within 3 min hot, fresh, and delicious. Read moreI ordered decaf coffee. The guy preparing my order went to the coffee area and was communicating with looks and utterances that made the other bald cook laugh. The woman between them laughed too. Then, the guy preparing told me "there's no decaf". (Either you accept that or none tone). A few seconds, the female manager uttered: No Decaf. Laugh first, please. I'm probably entertainment to them. There was a time people had manners. They knew how to hide their emotions. I felt uneasy. A forgone conclusion. A joke. And I only ordered an over cooked potato (dry) and chili. I took the regular coffee. But not provide laughs to these people. Plus why have the choice of regular or decaf when there isn't any made or they choose not to make it. Is the company not buying decaf? Not coming here anymore. This is the third time I didn't get decaf. The medium sized coffee isn't even adequately filled. They should at least teach staff to be courteous. I know now that the customers should adjust to staff here. I know because even their manger didn't care. That must be the culture...
Read moreSo the red haired manager who worked tonight 7-3-2018 was so rude when I got to the window he was upset at another customer behind me he didn’t even say hello, then when I paid he didn’t ask if I needed any extra condiments with my order or even really looked at me... mind u this is my first meal today so I should’ve been the one with an attitude since I was hangry .... a coworker finally came with my food and somewhat threw the bag at me I didn’t even see her face no napkin in the bag no crackers for my chili no spoon to top it off my signature spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered looked like a cheeseburger from McDonald’s but worse then when I called to let him know of the poor service I happened to say “damn” in my conversation all he could say was I don’t need to use profanity...sir u don’t have to suck at your job either but I didn’t tell you that all I needed was a good meal that’s all that’s it and if I could upload the pic of my sandwich you guys would feel sorry for me .......
