Arby's — Restaurant in Bloomington

The staff was unfriendly, which sucks because that can make good food bad. The same is true if the staff is friendly that can make bad food good if the experience is good. Serving time was very slow, 12 minute wait for food, no one in front of me. The cook was cussing in the back about the drive thru continuing to take orders, quite clear this staff does not want to be here. Bathrooms were disgusting, but the dining area was clean. The condiments area was destroyed and the fountain drinks were watered down tremendously. I travel extensively and stop at chains because I know what to expect. Definitely not true to any other arbys experience I have ever had. My advice, enjoy one of the many other restaurants in the area, not worth your time or money. ...

I've been ordering from here several times a week lately. Last order, they forgot my bbq sauce packet I had ordered. No big deal, I'll just ask for them next time. I came in today to place an order and politely asked for those sauces that I HAD PAID FOR, only to be denied and rudely told that "I needed to call the store". I told her that I didn't call because they were very busy when I had gone & didn't want to interfere with their operations during the lunch rush, but she only became even more rude to me. This was completely unacceptable, and you just lost a several times a week customer over 2 $0.50 BBQ sauce packets. Arby's corporate, can I at least get my dollar back that I had...

My family and I stopped here for dinner on our way home after being on the road for about 5 hours with two hours to go. Daniell could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She went out of her way to serve us, even chatting it up with my 5 year old. All of the food was hot and fresh. She was even dropping the tenders as we tried to figure out the rest of our order so we wouldn’t have to wait as long. She brought the food to the table for us and even overheard us say we needed to get a straw, before we could she already had it to the table. Best experience in a fast food restaurant ever.
