Baker's Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Bloomington

Worst Bakers I have been to, I went through the drive through and parked to check my bags. They forgot not only my drink but my other burger as well. I tried to knock on the door just to tell them I was missing an item because they had already closed the drive through and they kept ignoring me this girl in glasses full on ignored me not even asking if I needed help. She wasn't in uniform so I don't even know if she worked there. It was t until like 20 minutes later that they finally talked to me and when I told them, they told me they didn't even make the burger so I had to wait until they made me a new one. I was already there and paid for it so I waited. In total spent about 45 minutes to 1 hour trying to get my burger. I had asked for a Sunday and they told me supposedly they were "Out of Ice Cream" which was false because someone I know who works there just not that night said they had just put away the ice cream. i used eat lunch at Bakers almost everyday when i lived and worked in the area 20 years ago. So when i found myself working down the street from a Baker's drive- thru today, i looked forward to taking my lunch break there. Ive always loved that they offered both great mexican food and hamburgers and fries, and i especially like their ground beef burritos, until today. My burrito, without any additions like xtra cheese or sour cream, cost over $5, but was so small it looked like a Taquito, and had almost no cheese in it. Certainly not the same size burrito they used to serve, even though the price of one has doubled. I can understand increases in price, but feed your customers right! A year ago, this Baker's was a 5-star location. Unfortunately, changes in leadership has invoked a lower quality of employees and services. The final straw came when I received an incorrect order: I wanted a single baker with patty and bacon only (plain and no cheese.) This burger came to me with half of the patty, cheese that was clearly grilled with the burger and attempted to be pulled off, and disturbingly wiped off ketchup on the bun, the person working the grill knew immediately that it was wrong when I had approached the counter and offered to make a new one instead of giving me the correct order the first time around. The shift manager didn't even make eye contact while talking to me about my concern and instead just asked for the receipt to give me my money back. The Bloomington Baker's is far from the "great food, close to home" moniker that they sing on their radio...
