Throughout the pandemic one thing has become painfully clear. Merchants, especially restaurants, don't care about the quality of their service or their food. Why should they? We're all either tired, scared, broke, or all of the above. So what do we do? We eat. Not anything we can cook at home but the slop that these restaurants decide to fling at us through a hole in a wall. Case in point, Burger King in Bloomington CA. My friend and I hadn't been there in years but we needed a quick bite. First, the electronic monitor with the menu was not working so I couldn't see the menu. The employee kept saying it would come on but it never did. So I just purchased a basic Whopper Jr meal and a cheeseburger meal for my friend. The fries were at an appropriate temp but the Whopper Jr was cold as ice. The hamburger, specifically, was like an ice cube. Obviously a food hazard. I didn't eat it because I didn't want to die of food poisoning.
I urge everyone to save your money, go to the supermarket and buy your own food. I realize what I said above about tired, etc but this is ridiculous. I paid $15 for what they called food and was mostly a potentially dangerous food...
Read moreWorst service ever. I went by the drive thru and asked for a dbl whopper with cheese and no onions. When I got my order the bag felt very light so I asked the attendant if my order was correct and he said yes. So I took his word for it. Not surprised by the result, they gave me a whopper with no cheese and onions! I went back to the same attendant and told him nicely that he had gotten my order wrong even after I asked him at the window if it was right the first time. They gave me a fresh burger but down sized my fries from large to medium. I then turned around and asked why my fries had been down sized when my original order was a large and he said because the fries were half way eaten. SMH. Not only do they get my order wrong but they cheated me out on the size of my meal. I'm very...
Read moreI just went and as soon as my family and I walked in the cashier made a face at us. We ignored it and began to make our order. She then responded by saying that she had already closed the register and that she could only take drive thru orders. I said OK but I'm on foot. She walked away and I went outside. I walked up to the drive thru and she refused to take my order again stating that she couldn't attend a person if they were on foot because we could be trying to steal. At that point I was upset and told her she had seen me already to which she responded by closing the...
