Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomington

I never make reviews but this place is so unorganized. I’m not being a Karen but I mean this in the most nicest way but do not order from here, especially this location. I had placed an order @6pm and I’m gonna emphasize SIX pm and I decided to give them a call and ask for an update because come on it’s about 8:10pm so what two hours later. I had told them what was going on the first gentleman was rude and was like “well it take two hours so give it thirty minutes and hanged up on me. So me being nice I decided to give them 30 minutes. I proceeded to call back and they told me they were going to dispatch my order in 5-10 minutes. Which I had said cool. Within five minutes of the worker hanging up I got a call from them. They called to say they apologized for the wait that they had gotten back up but if I had wanted a refund or just deliver. At this point I’m like just deliver it. WORST DECISION EVER. They once again never brought it so I had called them one more time just to see what we can do now because at this point I’m irritated. The gentleman I talked to was very kind but had mentioned to me that I had “cancelled” which was wrong. Then he proceeded with that “ they were calling me but my number did not go through” which was incorrect because he had personally called me. Now at this time they are as lost as me and I’m just irritated because we had waited 4 hours. Just don’t order from here at all. Pick another location. Countless times I was going to be transferred to the manager and it was the same boy never once did the manger apologized or reassure me my order was on the way. I give him props gentleman who helped me for the way he handled this. I did indeed got a refund and was mentioned that they were still gonna send the pizza with no charge for the inconvenience which they did but five hours later. I ordered at 6pm and got our pizza @11:15pm. So that shows you there customer service. Moral of the story save your time and order from...

had one too many bad experiences here now, they use to be my go to pizza place since they are a few blocks away from my house, normally I order online for pick up, this last time I was short on time I had to leave to work and was leaving my kids at home with the babysitter, so I ordered them Pizza, about $35 worth of food, it was suppose to be delivered by 710PM , more than enough time since i had to leave at 730, I had to call 3 times before the pizza was finally delivered at almost 8 PM, on the last call the manager juan or jorge or julio , i cant remember his name , he said he would refund me the total I paid, and its been 2 weeks and still nothing, the time before this, they burned my pasta, it was dry , i called and they said the would give me 2 free pasts on my next order, a few days later i called to get my free pasta they said they had no record and they don't do that, horrible customer services horrible...

The only reason why they are even getting a star is because that is the only way you can leave a review. Worst experience ever, 45$ later and you get what they want you to have my order was wrong my pizza and my pasta well I called and complained and 3 different ladies were nice enough to tell me that I checked my food order well I didn’t and they also told me the only way they would fix our order was for me to bring the food back in and then they would fix the pizza and pasta well then that means I would have to stop my family from eating when they had already messed up our order in the first place. Long story short this place is horrible and there is no customer service whatsoever. And now we are out 45$ for the wrong order! Never again!!! You would think that they would have made it right, nope they said it was my fault but I am sorry I know what...
