Outstanding Customer Service Experience
While traveling back to Michigan, our group stopped overnight and decided to order Jet’s Pizza for delivery to our hotel. We placed a fairly standard order — pizza, breadsticks, drinks, and some ranch dressing.
Unfortunately, the delivery (handled by DoorDash) didn’t go smoothly. The driver left our food on the floor outside our hotel room without knocking or notifying us. We ended up calling Jet’s to check on the ETA, only to find out the order had already been dropped off — and by the time we opened the door, it was sitting there cold.
But this is where things turned around — and why I’m writing this. The shift manager at Jet’s was extremely apologetic and genuinely upset about the way the delivery had been handled. Without hesitation, he personally remade our entire order and hand-delivered it himself to make things right.
That level of customer service deserves to be recognized. Huge thanks to the Jet’s team — and especially the manager — for going above and beyond to turn a bad experience into a great...
Read moreI called the store when it had been nearing 2h since our order was placed. The manager was very apologetic, explained the pizza should have already been delivered so it should arrive any minute, but I was to call back in 10 minutes if it didn’t arrive. He offered to send a free pizza, put a credit on my account and was very kind. Soon after that call we decided to check the front porch only to find a cold/luke warm pizza at best thanks to Door Dash - which I would not recommend. However, the staff with Jet’s Pizza are wonderful. Awhile later we had a knock on our door from the delivery guy who works for Jet’s Pizza with a free pizza as instructed by his manager. Unbelievable service and of course the pizza was great. Very disappointed that Door Dash delivered our original pizza since I ordered directly from Jet’s...
Read moreReally great recipe. Near Detroit style perfection. My only issue at this branch is they do not know how to cook a pizza. The oven is either too hot with the pizza not able to cook thoroughly or too cold and the pizza is not left in long enough. Set the oven to 600 degrees and determine your cook time. If the dough is raw in the center and burnt outside then lowering your dough amount per pie. If it is cooked in the center but burnt outside then add dough. But always keep your oven at 600, find the right dough volume and consistent cooking time and you'll have a perfect pizza. You're recipe is outstanding but I've overed over a dozen 4 corners and nevertheless had one cooked properly. Once it...
