Absolutely the worst experience ever. Ordered food for delivery, after an hour still hasn’t left the store. Called the store to inquire and talked to a nice lady that asked for our address so she could check if it was in the delivery drivers car, came back and said it was out for delivery and should arrive on 20-25 minutes. Hour later app still said hadn’t left the store so called again but now got the apparent store manager who said it hadn’t left yet. We explained the timeline we received an hour before and he said not sure why anyone would have told you that or who it was that would have. Now we are upset and yes had a tone when said it would have been nice to have a call or something to let us know the delay that was happening with the store and that we shouldn’t have received the wrong info previously. He informed us that we should start taking our business elsewhere since they don’t live up to our standard. First, if we would have received a call or something to let us know the delays we wouldn’t have been upset or could have just cancelled and gone elsewhere today. Second, if he would have had an ounce of empathy or remorse about the wrong info or anything we wouldn’t have gotten so upset. Working in the service industry we understand and would have NEVER acted that way. An I am truly sorry for this speech would have gone a long long way instead of a take your business...

Placed an order online. You can't give cash to the driver. You must pay online. :( That was mildly frustrating. So 45 minutes passes after placing order and no delivery. So I call. An apology was giving and promise that the driver just left with our order. Driver arrived 60 minutes after we ordered. Freaky Fast...?? Before the door shut to our room, I realized there wasn't a straw with our drink. I yell down the hall, Mam do you happen to have a straw. No sorry. Alright. No big deal, I will drink out of the cup. I opened my sandwich and chips and dug in. The food was good quality and satisfactory. 5 stars. Though when I went to crack the lid on the pop, I found it weird that the ice in the cup was higher than the level of soda. After a few sips I had to grab a hotel cup and scoop out some of the ice as it would have fallen in my face. I finished my food frustrated with the pop situation and proceeded to measure the amount of ice. I was able to scoop out three full 9 ounce cups of ice from my 32 oz drink. So I got 27oz of ice and 5 or so oz of pop in my $2.20 cup. Based on how I found the pop after cracking the lid, they would have had to fill the cup to the brim and possibly overflowing before adding the pop. Who does that? I've had issues with my order from this same store the last 3 times I've ordered from here (unfortunately it's the closest store that delivers to me). Most recently, I ordered delivery from this location on February 27, 2024. My sandwich arrived with a GAPING HOLE in it! Literally, right in the middle of the sandwich (see photo) - it looked like someone took a bite out of it, which was so unappetizing I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it! Why would this not have been remade before sending it out to me?? I tried to contact JJs to at least get a refund (and maybe a sorry for the inconvenience and disgusting presentation!?) and it has just been one excuse after another by all involved. Clearly the owner doesn’t care about how horribly this store represents JJs because in addition to submitting the Feedback form to JJs the same day of the order, I have contacted customer service by phone twice now to get some kind of acknowledgement (and a refund!) and have received NO follow-up communication! Nothing. What an utter disappointment and waste of time. I was trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s now been days since my most recent contact and have heard nothing, so clearly they just don’t care. At all.
