McDonald's — Restaurant in Bloomington

The food was normal and the playplace was clean and safe....but while trying to place my order with a very friendly and sweet employee the Manager or shift leader or head cranky snappy person who is on a power trip decided it was appropriate to bellow across the row of registers to another employee and got snarky when I stopped placing my order and looked at her with a look that I am sure coveyed my surprise and displeasure at her unprofessional and just plain RUDE behavior..she just bellowed louder like a toddler who was told no. My poor cashier was doing her best to repeat my order back to me when the disrespectful and obviously fluent in Ebonics power trip lady began her beautiful bellowing once again. The employee she was so unprofessionally repremanding was taking it with grace, however filing a complaint with corproate is my suggestion to her. I have the uttmost respect for food service professionals ---but they should act like professionals, treat their staff professionally and speak to others professionally if they want to be paid as professionals. Glad I don't have to come...

Wish I could give it zero stars. Stopped at night to get something to stay awake. Ordered a latte and some food. Was given my total and told to pull around. Payed at the first window. Get to second window to witness an African-American woman (unfortunately no name tag so I could refer to her by name ) yelling at the cashier that she needs to stop selling things they don't have. I thought this was highly unprofessional in front of customers. The cashier comes and politely informs me that the latte machine is being cleaned and asks what I would like to do. I ask for black coffee and she agrees to make a fresh pot. After a short wait the African-American woman appears with the food and coffee. I ask her about the price difference between the latte & coffee. To my surprise she very rudely replied "Same price" , slammed the window shut and disappeared. Fact is there's a $2 difference. At that point I wasn't waiting around to fight over the $2 even if I could have gotten her attention again so I left. Horrible...

I would not reccomend this place. I will not be supporting any McDonald's franchise ever again. I had left my purse on the back of a chair, left the restaurant drove done the road (heading to Indiana) I realized I had forgotten my purse, called them and told them they asked my name I told them. They said they put it in the office. We turned around and drove back (10 minutes or so) I went in to get my purse the manager asked the one lady if I was her, she asked me what my name was I told her. The manager went back to get my purse took her time talking to other employees. When she finally brought it to me I said thank you. Before I even walked out the door I checked my wallet they stole the money I had in there. The manager was stumbling on her words. When I asked if I could have my money back. My boyfriend went in he said that they told him the customer that brought it to them must have stolen it. They were rude. I would give this place zero stars but you have to select atleast one to...
