Smoothie King — Restaurant in Bloomington

I've been here twice recently, and both times I was generally pleased. The selection is great, the staff is mostly very helpful, and the store looks clean and appealing. It can be a little confusing if you're trying to order something even slightly different from the most basic menu items. For example, my boyfriend always ordered a smoothie and asked for protein powder added, like always. Somehow every time he got two extra servings, and was charged for it. When he finally asked them to stop doing this, the cashier got confused and mildly annoyed. We've started going somewhere else. But in general, tasty place to get smoothies! my mother was coming to the store yesterday 1/4/2025 at 215pm. She slipped on ice walking in and fell. there were THREE employees in the store and NONE of them offered her help to get up, asked her if she was ok, or anything.
