I placed an order on online through the subway website for delivery as soon as I placed my order the money was withdrawn from my account but then I get an error message saying please try again later... WHAT??? I never got a confirmation email or any proof of my order actually being placed the only thing I have is the withdrawal from my bank account for the full amount of the order. When I tried contacting the local store closest to my location 2310 Oakland Ave Bloomington, IL, to get some guidance or information seeing if my order actually went through I was greeted with a very rude employee and other employees in the background that telling me there's nothing they can do they don't know what to tell me when I ask for a number to the corporate office or a number to someone who would be able to assist me with getting my money refunded I was told no they don't have a number to provide me when I ask for a manager number that I could contact to try to get some assistance I was told no they don't have a number for their manager to provide. When they asked which store my order was sent to I informed them I did not know because 1. I did not receive a confirmation email and 2. When you place an order for delivery on the website it takes your address and does not let you select a store. One of the employees called me a liar and saying that you have to select a store to even proceed with an order, which if they've ever tried placing a delivery order on their own site they would know they are completely inaccurate. When I asked for the name of the employee on the phone I was hung up on. I've since tried multiple multiple times to contact Subway corporate or customer service and had zero luck this was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain ridiculous experience. My money was taken from my account on an order that never even was placed food I never received and was met with miserable, rude, and poorly trained employees that know nothing about customer service. Finally my husband walked over and asked him if it was working, he said no. All this time we wanted a cola drink, it went with the special, we asked if we could have a coke out of the case.He said no, it would mess up the inventory. I guess inventory is more important than the customer. We will not go back to this subway shop. Went in there today and there was a young lady working, must have been new, but first off she was wearing super short shorts. That’s unprofessional for a work place. No idea if her boss knows or not but her cheeks were showing. Second, she didn’t offer to toast my sandwich. I had to ask. 3rd I felt like she didn’t put as much veggies as the standard subway would put on a sandwich. None of the employees washed their hands either. That’s nasty.
