Avoid Exit 160 like the plague!
Cashier: Tayesha (nice) Boss Lady: unknown maybe manager? (rude)
Whoever took our order (white lady with a boss attitude) made a mistake, we tried ordering sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit, she informed us that they are out of biscuits (another item of the 11 other items they were out off) we opted for a croissant instead, then after the anything else question we ordered an english muffin bacon egg and cheese meal, that came with cheddar cheese.
Cashier ( nice and respectful) handed us the meal and we informed them they are missing the croissant sandwich, cashier is confused, boss lady jumps in like a Ninja saying she took our order and that we only ordered 1 sandwich. we explained the whole “out of biscuits” story and she goes “yeah” the sandwich. We go “we never got that”, she just dashes out of sight covering her mike and mumbling things in anger. They charged us for the sandwich we ordered and they never rang in the first place. we get a Swiss Egg and Cheese on a Croissant (shown photo) that smelled like it was made in a toilet instead.
If I was a district manager i would place a red flag to this location and re-evaluate their management staff, as they seam to lack the ability to maintain inventory and their staff is...
Read moreIt was midnight, all I wanted was Taco Bell. I thought Taco Bell was open till 2am but they closed at midnight, oops. Decided since Im driving Id ask my phone to take me to the next 24/7 fast food place and it brought up Wendy's on college. So because I stupidly trusted my phone I go all the way down to wendys on college, but theyre not 24/7 either! My bad for listening to my phone and not pulling over to take my time to figure out what's really open and whats is not lol. So I google for the Wendys that is 24/7 and of course its all the way on Market st. So I begrudgingly headed down to market streets Wendy's after 2 failed attempts at buying food. I only made it to center street before BPD pulled me over. I assume because its late and downtown they were hoping to pull over a drunk college kid--but they just got a really hungry one instead. They let me go, thankfully. So I once again began my long trek to Wendy's. Let me tell you it was worth the dang trouble. I have never had such fast service, they totally hooked me up with hot fresh food and so much sauce I could die and leave some in my will to my future grandchildren. Was worth the hassle getting there haha. Deff recommend, especially for late night cravings. Wendys totally came...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst run, Wendy's I've ever tried to buy food in. I say try because I gave up trying to explain things. The staff was friendly enough, but they seemed to have no clue about what they were doing. It's 8 o'clock on Friday night, normally a busy time for fast food, but the store was unprepared to serve customers. The didn't have frosties, they didn't have 3 out of 4 of their salads and they didn't know how to accept Pilot Points despite having a sign right next to the register telling customers to remember their Pilot Points. I wouldn't have been nearly as unhappy about it if they would mention what they didn't have as soon as you asked.
When I walked in there was a lady standing at the counter asking why she could stand there for 15 minutes without anybody on the registers. The guy she was asking said the cashier was on break, and they didn't have anyone to cover for them. There were at least 6 people "working," but apparently, none of them could run a register. He also said there wasn't a manager there despite it being a Friday night. I should have left as soon as I heard that and saved myself the...
