Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Blue Ash

First time eating here and I got the pulled chicken nachos, they were good! Lacking in protein portion but good...The issue I experienced was that I almost ordered my meal online but decided not to because I wanted the queso on the side so the chips wouldn't get soggy and the option wasn't available online... I had put everything in my online cart so I knew what the price was. Well, I ordered the exact same meal in-person and got queso on the side and when he rings my meal up he charged me $4.75 for the queso condiment cup?! I explained to him that online queso was included and not extra and that I just wanted it on the side. He then proceeds to banter in mandarin/chinese (?) to other employees like arguing and complaining or something? Decided to pay half for the queso because I am not trying to screw them over or anything and just want to go eat. WTH though. Obviously, very stingy and try to charge extra for things. Not sure I'd return to...

This is a huge training issue and accountability issue in this picture. This "burrito" has sauce and queso on the outside of it. It's very wet, I never enjoy leaving a non-five-star review but I can't believe someone is being paid for this.

New edit: Got to be honest now. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I've ordered online three times now and I waited 5 minutes after the pickup time before leaving to go there. Got there, waited an additional 20 minutes while watching about 20 customers just walk in going through the line and getting their food well before me and plenty of other online order customers. If I order in the future, I'll be sure to order 45 minutes or more before going... Which is ridiculous in itself. On top of that, I always ask for hot salsa, no house or sour cream. However, a few changes could be used.

Cons:

You are going to have chili heads coming in. We are the ones who like HOT. Tonight I tried the hottest salsa, sauce and loaded my burrito with peppers. On a scale of 1-10 on heat this was a 1-2 being lowest. I wanted HEAT.

Secondly, the chips. Not a bad flavor but they are cold and stale. It would be much better if they was in a warmer to keep them crispy and fresh.

Thirdly, the salsa. Very watery and missing flavor. Really needs a bit of touching up.

PROS: Amazing selection. Hands down. Food is well cooked and the rice is just right. Everything besides the salsa is fantastic! Not to mention how much food you get. Cost is alittle pricy, but that's what you pay for good quality.
