I came in to this morning like I have done over the past 5 years as I work right down the road. I have never had a issue always great service! I usually get a meatball sub and request my meatballs to be cut in half. Never been a issue yes I understand it takes a extra min. Literally I watch them do it a min. And Dennis was work and his response was "oh no we can't do that ma'am that would mean u want me to cut 16 meatballs in half I can't do that". have got this done at this location for years and So I change my sandwich to a wrap and he didn't even know what went on it and kept asking me like idk I like it just the way it comes I had to read what to put in it. Then I went to pay and the machine wouldn't take my card. There was plenty of money on said card. It wouldn't take that card. So I used another card wouldn't take that card. I used these card earlier this morning so I knew it worked. I asked if if he could try manually typing the number in case it was the chip reader. He said he could do that all he knows is the computer won't take my card. He offered no way to help and was clueless. I walked out without my good and this ruined my morning. Read moreWe showed up there around 2:45 PM and the door was locked. People were sitting inside at tables but the open sign was turned off. Thinking it was closed for employee training, we walked back to the car and decided to call because it was so unusual. Nobody answered. We called back and an employee finally answered. We asked why the door was locked and he said that it wasn’t and that they were open.
We pulled back around, walked to the door and it was locked. Eventually, a customer inside opened the door and let us inside. We told the guy at the counter that the door was locked from the inside and he calmly said, “no, it isn’t.” It’s like the guy was gaslighting us, but it seemed like he just didn’t want customers because he was working alone. Weird! Also, there were no straws out with the lids and napkins. We asked for straws and he said, “I guess we’re out.” A guy was sitting in one of the booths near the counter who asked me for money as my wife was ordering. When I told him I don’t carry cash, he asked me to buy him a meal. WTH? Who wants to deal with all these hassles when all I wanted was a sandwich...
Read moreI placed a mobile order that was set to be ready at 12.45. I left the office to go pick it up and got there at that time. I saw my order behind the counter on the line and waited by the pickup shelf. More customers came into the store and placed their orders. I watched as their sandwiches got passed over mine and they walked out with their food. 5 customers came and went and my food hadn’t been touched. It took almost 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and ask what I’m waiting for. I pointed to the sandwiches right in front of them and said “my mobile order”. They continued to serve customers that just walked in. I finally got my sandwiches after 15 min of waiting. I got a “sorry for the wait”. My meatball sub is cold because it was just sitting out. I also got back to work late because I was just standing there waiting for food that was ignored. I don’t normally go to Subway and this just removes it further as an option for me. Very agitated because what was the point of placing a mobile order if 10 people that walk in get served...
