Really can't speak on the place too much. It's my first time eating there. However, I can say I'm slightly disappointed. At least with the french fries. I've been eating Chick-fil-A since I was a child. And as many Chick-fil-A's is I have ate at and been to plus to add to that Any restaurant I've ever ate for that matter have I ever been Told I can't get an item cooked a certain way Especially when I'm spending my money And I'm not asking for an outrageous request Or even something that's not feasible or that you don't have a part of your menu or even unable to do. I place my order and I asked For them to cook my fries Well done The lady was nice, so I wasn't rude back to her. But she explained to me. She cannot make my fries well-done because the owner has told them that they are not allowed to cook anybody's fries other than I guess the way the store makes them. Which again I found lost because I've never been told that from any restaurant. And especially when I'm spending my money. However, I ordered the mail. And of course as I figured even worse the fries were awful. I threw them directly in the trash. Not only are they barely cooked they're undercooked barely cooked at all If I wanted raw fries Are mashed potatoes or a baked potato I would have ordered that or went to a place who serve those items. I wanted french fries. And yes, I like my French fries crispy to have a crunch Not burnt not overcooked not under cook crispy like a french fry should be. Lastly to not be able to get my fries cook the way I like them Is one matter for sure But to get fries that are undercooked and barely cooked Is a whole nother matter I tried one just to see Not only was it undercooked barely cooked I was visiting someone not even five minutes from them. And within two minutes, the fries were freezing cold. So you have undercooked fries That are cold before I fully get out of their parking lot Not...
Read more20 minutes ago my boyfriend, his friend, and I came here to enjoy what what we hoped would be a good bite out. My boyfriend ordered a 12Ct nugget meal and so did his friend, while I got a salad. Clearly printed on our receipt it says 12Ct nuggets large fri/ drink. We receive our food, when my boyfriend takes one nugget from the 8 piece nugget he had received instead of the 12 piece. He hadn’t realized it until he went to grab another that it definitely was not a 12 piece. We’re dining in so he goes up there to let them know. An employee then brings the now 7 piece nugget back setting it on the table and says “ I’m sorry but this is above my pay grade” (you make $18 an hour) so then we’re like okay what does that mean? Boyfriend opens the box and still 7 nuggets in the darn box. So I stand up and i said something about it. I’m sorry but I’m not going to get charged for a 12 ct when y’all gave us an 8 ct for what? Anyhow long story short it took me to raise my voice, tell them to check the cameras, and start getting upset. It’s not the point of missing those couple nuggets, it’s the point of their making decent money to make chicken and fries also not open on Sunday. Once the “manager” came over she had a very big attitude, and obviously did not like me calling out the employee who only said your welcome both times he brought our food to us ( we’re at the same table). We could care less if they say it or not, just a...
Read morePlaced a DoorDash order with this location. First ordered two large salads with 2 dressings each and some fries. When my order arrived , I had no dressings and no plasticwear to even eat my dry salads with. I contacted DoorDash support and had to reorder a whole order in order to get more dressings. I once again ordered my two salads , two dressings each. You would think since the first order was missing dressing they would be sure to include the correct amount , maybe even a few more considering now I have 4 salads … I get the second order and there’s only two included with everything. DoorDash contacted this location and specifically told me that “Chick-fil-A is refusing to include additional dressing” . I was the GM of a Panera for four years and if an order was messed up once I would be sure to make sure the mistake was corrected and gone above and beyond to ensure the second order made up for it. I now have 4 salads in front of me and only two dressing packs. I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from this location again. I get that it’s just dressing but the fact that they had a chance to fix the problem but “refused” blows my mind and led to...
