I came in last night and let me just say- this FroYo is to die for. They also had cotton candy last night free with purchase and the girl at the register was so polite about giving it to us!
But, although the ice cream at this place is wonderful, but the management is horrible. I had a friend’s kid who worked here a few months ago and they had always told me how their manager was rude and disrespectful. They couldn’t keep tips (which is against MO law btw if she sees this), because the manager said “the tips went to a party”. Logistically, if they are making $10-15 dollars a day in tips, that’s easily a multi-hundred stash each month- and the kid I know that worked here, worked here for years and said they never saw that money they earned again, and that there never was any “party”.
They also would get in trouble and yelled at for the smallest imperfections , and it seemed like the manager overall didn’t care about her employees as people she just cared about her business. It’s great product but I hate supporting someone who doesn’t treat their employees...

It adds unnecessary stress on everyone’s life. All your employees feel the same way (they’re not going to say it to your face so when you ask them, don’t say I’m wrong when they deny it). Not to mention tips. It’s illegal for you to take them. I know you say it’s for a party but your employee turnover rate is so high that most of us will never see a party. So that makes it stealing, and you don’t get tips because you’re the owner of the store. Managers don’t get them either. You can’t change how tips work...

I happen to come across a special offer posted by yogurtini when I presented it to the cashier she was very rude about not accepting it. As a wife of a man who owns a business knows all about customer service and to keep returning customers happy. Sad we won't be visiting much anymore and dont have nice things to say. Maybe a sign would help stating WE DO NOT EXPECT SPECIAL OFFERS OR ANY OFFERS POSTED BY YOGURTINI.
