MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Blue Springs

This is my first time ordering Mod Pizza. Everyone raves about how great it is so I thought I'd give it a try. So for my first experience, it wasn't great. I ordered online at noon-ish and ordered it for 1:05 pm. I walked in at 1:01 told them that I was there to pick up an order whenever it was ready. They all looked puzzled and realized they didn't make my order so they gave me a free drink and told me they would have it ready in less than 10 mins. They were busy so i didn't stress to much over it. I sat there for 18 mins waiting for my food, the manager saw that I had been waiting for a while and asked me what was going on so I told him and he went and checked for me. He brought it out and gave it my way. Said it had been sitting back there waiting, but no one told me or called my name. I get it all the way home and one of the pizzas I ordered was missing the sauce that was ordered. Other than that everything looked fine. Food taste fine, service isn't great but I will probably go again, I just know now not to order online since obviously the employees don't really know what they are doing when an order comes through and they aren't looking you...

I can NOT give this Restaurant 5 stars…Even though I think the food is delicious. I have politely voiced my concerns recently and thought I would give it one more try but, nothing has changed. I have never eaten the pizza because their salads are delicious. Fresh ingredients etc… the problem is that I always get a mini salad and cheesy bread. The salad is already a mini and they skimp on lettuce to actually fill the small container to an acceptable amount. It’s just lettuce for crying out loud. I don’t even care about more toppings. Just put more lettuce to make it “look” fuller. Additionally, the cheesy bread hardly has any cheese on it! When asking for more cheese, she said her manager actually told her to put LESS cheese😱 It’s the ONLY topping…. Just put the cheese so your customers can feel like they are getting their monies worth. It’s over $17.00 for these two items. This has not always been the case at this location. It used to be better but now they skimp so bad on ingredients. Idk if management changed or maybe that the company has filed bankruptcy???? I can’t wait for McAlister’s to open...

You have NOT had amazing pizza until you've had MOD Pizza. My Fiance turned me into MOD Pizza talking about how delicious it was. I was like okay it's just pizza, WRONG! MOD Pizza is absolutely THE BEST PIZZA. I get a MOD pizza which is 11 inch thin crust, topped with white sauce (they have gradual red sauce also), ricotta, mozzarella, asiago, romano, parmesan, grilled chicken, ham, bacon, mushrooms, green bell peppers, fire roasted red peppers, fresh fire roasted garlic, fresh basil, fresh arugula, fire roasted corn, pineapple and probably a few other things that I'm forgetting but basically there's like 50 different things you can choose from you can have a couple of things or everything and it's all the same price. Their salads are delicious they do offer a thicker crust which is what my fiance eats and he loves it. Totally worth it I recommend it to anybody and everybody. Try it you will not regret...
