Mattress Firm Adams Dairy Landing — Hotel in Blue Springs

This was my first time ever picking a brand new bed (in person)! When I walked in the store, I was greeted by a you gal with red hair, (can't think of her name). She was friendly and helpful. I am such an indecisive person and I likely spent more than 2 hours there trying to pick my mattress. She was informative and knowledgeable. She helped me narrow down the choices based on my needs and desires. I continually went back and fourth between four mattresses. She never once made fun of me or rushed me. As I slowly narrowed it down from four to three and two to "THE ONE", she began that computer work. At the last moment, I switched it up and went with my second to last choice. I felt terrible but she was so sweet. She had to jump through some computer and phone call hoops to get the paperwork switched out but never once complained or lost her smile. I also purchased an adjustable base and two pillows... (I did the same thing with the pillows 🤦‍♀️) I literally laid on my choice of mattress and got in my personal sleeping position tried each pillow before deciding on the perfect ones for me. Fast forward a few days to delivery day... The two men that arrived were kind, quick and efficient. They lightened the mood with a few jokes and just worked away. In the process of swapping my other brand new mattress out (I had just ordered a new bed in a box three weeks ago from Amazon and just hated it) I asked them to please wrap that one in plastic for me as I wanted to keep it brand new with no stains so I could sell it to recoup some of my money... they took the plastic off the brand new mattress and placed it over to three week old mattress. The next day, I am looking over at the three week old mattress and realized they made a mistake. (Totally accidental). You see, when they removed the New mattress from the truck and placed it one the ground, it was a wet muddy day, and there was a little mud on the plastic. Once inside, they removed the plastic inside out and set up my new base and mattress and synced the remote. When they were all done, they put that same plastic on my three week old mattress and the muddy side then became the inside... opes! My beautiful, pad protected, three week old mattress can no longer be sold as clean with no stains!!! I called the store and spoke with a guy named Matthew. He went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of and satisfied. Thank you! Now, after three weeks of nearly no sleep or really bad sleep, I have since slept all night long and have woke up without pain and have felt refreshed! My shopping experience at Mattress Firm could not have been any better. To start with, as soon as I entered the door I was greeted in such a warm, friendly way you would have thought I had been there before. I immediately felt at home. I had been shopping all day for new mattresses for the whole family and was not treated as well as I was at Mattress Firm. The salesman, after warmly greeting us, then asked what I was looking for, then asked if there were any medical ailments (bad back, neck issues and so on). I told him the problems with everyone in the family and immediately he pointed out which mattress he thought we would need and the reason why. I genuinely felt that he cared for each one of our needs. We tried out each mattress he recommended and then I asked to try out the next ones down in price. But you know what! I ended up buying the exact ones he recommended at the beginning. Knowledge, experience, understanding each persons need and caring about our health is what I took from this experience with my friend, (yes! I call him, my friend) at Mattress Firm. I left there feeling like someone actually cared that I have a bad back and wanted to make sure I had the right fit! The delivery men were awesome! They were friendly, informative, fast and very careful. I had a wonderful time visiting with them. The only negative thought I had was that this mattress is so well built that I won't be able to share that experience again for another 10-20 years! By far the best salesman ever! Rob went above and beyond, he was so kind, very informative, and so knowledgeable I couldn't believe it! He really took the time with me, to understand my sleep habits and any physical problems that I am dealing with. He really helped me find what I was looking for! You can tell that he cares about people, about the business and likes his job! You just don't see that anymore! He has taken the time to learn all there is to know about basically sleeping! I would definitely say go to Rob at Blue Springs Mattress Firm if you want the best quality, the best treatment and the best mattress! He is not a salesman who drives you crazy either! That means allot to me! He gave me time to look around, try some and then answer any questions I had. He asked good questions about my sleep style habits i also would like to say that he's just a great guy and seems to care about people! Very interesting and fun to talk to!
