I love their coffee. I can usually talk myself into getting something here most any time of the day, their drive thru is almost too convenient. Their burritos and sandwiches are tasty for breakfast, albeit a bit messy with the melted and runny cheese. Their espresso doesn't seem to have the bitterness that my homemade coffee has, from hot to cold to slushy. They seem to employ cheerful and friendly people and if it wasn't for them trying to upsell me some baked good every time I drive up, I would give them 5 stars. Be willing to bet the girl handling the windew knew it too because she questioned the barista before handing it to me with "You sure you did four shots?" She then handed it to me. I thought it felt light so opened the lid and it looked pretty low...like half. I questioned the girl and she checked with the barista again and I was told it was 4 shots. SOOOOO. Even a small town that rolls up the sidewalk after dark does scooters better.
Sure it was a little dark with the parking lights off, but your sign and drive-through was turned on. After waiting 5 minutes, I had to Google to see you were closed. Neither of your two employees came on to say you're closed. I can't understand hearing the drive-through beep for 5 minutes unless they muted it verses speak up. Or if it turns off, why can't you turn off the drive-through sign...
