Three months ago, after finally having enough negative experiences with this location, I wrote a true, yet rather scathing, review. Since this is one of the very view pizza delivery options available in Bluffton, though, I was still forced to resort to this location. I don't know what changed since my last review, but my past three experiences have been perfect. My orders have been perfectly cooked, exactly as ordered, and arrived in a timely manner. In addition, the delivery drivers have been exceptionally professional and good-spirited. The last three orders were placed during both peak and off-peak times and the quality and service remained just as high. I was thinking it might be a fluke, but these three orders over just as many months have convinced me otherwise. I can gladly state that I now highly recommend this location.
Previous review: Ordered a couple of weeks ago and had to call the store after an hour because the tracker still said it was being prepped; it arrived about 15 minutes later. Read moreI was told 20 minutes for my order to be ready. When I got there they said it would be another 20 minutes. Guess what? It took a a total of 52 minutes from the time I put my order in before I received the order. The assistant manager did not apologize or anything for the inconvenience. Another employee decided to state he had a degree in business and decided to run his mouth. I am not the only customer that waited almost an hour. I went back in after the other customer said that they asked me if I wanted a refund after I was out the door. I did go back in for the refund. That is when the assistant manager said the manager was on his way back. I came home and call back for the manager and was hung up on. Called back again to be told he had left. The manager had the phone numbers on the computer but did not even call the customers that were disgruntled. The employees were rude and showed no concern for any of the customers. The employee with the business degree needs to ask the college or university that he went to for a refund. Read moreThe pizza and sides were good, and Jaquan did his best to complete my order, BUT....he was the only one there -- so when I put my order in for 1:30, and according to the 'tracking' Jaquan quality checked at 1:11, and then called me at 1:45 to tell me that he had not yet begun my order because he had no delivery people, nor anyone else there at the store. I told him I would come by to pick it up, and when asked about reimbursing delivery fee (an order of $49+) he said he would have to void the entire order and re order -- not worth the trouble after being over an hour late in receiving my food..... I certainly realize that there are shortages in workers, shortages in products, and it was not Jaquan's fault in any way -- he was being swamped with calls and other orders and was doing the best he could, but Domino -- You advertise about 'Special Frees' when in actuality you cannot seem to get the basic order out, much less 'special frees' I appreciate greatly what Jaquan did, but I doubt seriously if I will eat/order/recommend...
